Breathe Easy Air Duct Cleaning

We hired Breathe Easy to clean our dryer vent. It had been several years since the last cleaning and it was very clogged. The team was thorough and left a very clean work area. As another reviewer mentioned, they even cleaned under the washer and the walls. The team was friendly and professional when I spoke with them before and after the job. My only slight disappointment was they were late for the appointment, but I understand previous appointments can run long and they have no control over it. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

These guys came over and cleaned my vents the other day and I highly recommend you call them and don’t even bother with anybody else. They answered the phone right away, are clearly competent in what they do, and have the best customer service I have seen in a very long time with a small business like this. Seriously, they restored my faith in the American work ethic. There were no cutting corners, and they were prepared for whatever obstacle their line of work might come across. They had sheets to cover furniture and floors, all kinds of tools, you name it. Anyways, I don’t ever really write reviews, but I was very happy and impressed with the pride and detail these guys took in their work. True professionals. Also if you’ve never had your ducts cleaned, do it. It has already completely changed the atmosphere in my home. Thank you again, guys.

Chris Callahan of "Breathe Easy" arrived on time after traveling a considerable distance and went right to work! He was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning out and solving my dryer vent problem! I highly recommend "Breathe Easy" and will definitely not hesitate to call them for any problems I may have in the future! I also want to mention that Chris is a great guy too!

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring Chris Callahan and his company to repair the air conditioner in my house. But instead he only fixed one floor, overcharged me and never returned to finish the job. Now he refuses to return my phone calls or answer my e-mails, to find out if he had plans to finish the job? So unless future clients want to be overcharged for work that is 1/2 done, and then have all communication requests ignored, then I strongly advise NOT to hire this company.

In addition to not getting back to me, I ultimately discovered that I threw out nearly $1000

Working with Breathe Easy was an overall good experience. I don't like how Home Advisor automatically gets you scheduled with someone to do the job without the customer knowing what the cost will be. However, I easily called the company to discuss cost and confirm the appointment, etc. Now, the only reason why I gave Breathe Easy a little bit of a lower score was because when I called and spoke with the owner, I was told what the price would be and that that price included replacing the dryer vent hose. The young man who came to do the job was on time, very professional, personable and thorough. But when it came time to paying, the owner informed me that the replacement hose had an additional $11 fee to the price. Not what I had been told the day prior. Bottom line, they do an excellent job and it gives me peace of mind knowing it's taken care of, so I didn't bicker over the additional money, but I do think that needs to be made perfectly clear from the beginning.
