Mr Lopez did a great job on my 2500 sq ft house, despite the ceilings and attic access being somewhat challenging. They took the time neccessary to do the job correctly. I had never had insulation blown in before so I really had no idea of how much of a savings to see in my electric bill. I was nervous I might see very little difference, but, it's been 2 full months of bills now and to my surprise and delight, we are saving an amazing $180 per MONTH! To say I'm satisfied with the service and the results would be an understatement, I'm thrilled! I called many places for info and prcing, but Mr, Lopez out shined them all. His level of professionalism of focusing on the problem at hand and offering a solution for correction. He offerd his price and was never pushy. He helped me to understand the importance of what his service had to provide. Very honest and professional. Was here exactly when he said and when he looked at the ducts he was honest enough to tell us that cleaning would not be enough and that they really needed to be replaced. He had already removed the vents so he cleaned them and re-installed them and now they are beautifully clean and he didn't want payment at all. He was here easily 2-3 hours between evaluating and cleaning the vents. I really felt bad not paying him, but when the new ducts need cleaning in a couple of years, I can tell you who I will call.
