Fred was on time, very professional, cleaned the vents, washed the grills, covered furniture and areas as he cleaned. Checked the system for correct operation. Very thorough work. A pleasant person. Got the job one quickly. I called him on Monday. He replied on Monday, did an inspection on Tuesday, completed the job on Thursday. Very clean with his work, laid down tarps. Flexible hours. Honest, in no way did feel that the prices were to high. Prices were very reasonable. Also, he can fix just about any thing else.

Mr Lopez was running a little behind so he had called approx. 1/2 hour before he was due to let me know he was going to be late. He then called again when he was in the neighborhood to let me know he was nearby and I went outside to meet him to save him from searching for the exact townhouse. Very pleasant gentleman and showed me everything he was doing and gave me some additional hints as to what would help to keep my dryer performing to its best. I plan to hire him in the near future to clean my air vents and a/c handler.
