Mr. Lopez was very professional. He was kind enough to call and let us know that he was running late with a previous appointment. We offered to set something up for another day, but he said "No", he would be there. And he was. Very nice and would definitely hire again.

Al , explained what causes the lint buildup, How to check for the need to have it cleaned in the future, Was fully into making sure the vent and dryer were completely ready for use. My wife is fearful of fires from dryer lint, from the looks of what Al removed, we were not a moment too soon. And I thought that my cleaning the vent by blowing it up and out the vent was keeping it clean. A myth. he took out enough lint to fill the vent four three feet in length...... great job and priced reasonably.

The cleaning of the ducts was very thorough and meticulously done. As I'm on a fiixed income I was slightly shocked at the price quoted for the job. However, when I encountered what they had to do and the fact that it took 5 hrs to complete my 2 bedroom, 2 bath house, I realized the cost was justified. I would recommend Lopez Air Duct Cleaning Service to everyone.

Alfredo and his helper looked at my duct system and because of the type of ducts I have, he didn't recommend a cleaning because they were clean. I have a solid duct system instead of big, wide hoses and Alfredo didn't charge because the work was not necessary. I like his honesty and up frontness. This was performed around the 3rd week of June 2015. I had to full in 5 stars on all ratings in order to post this. I'm very sure that it work was actually done, 5 stars across the board would have been given.

Mr Lopez was very professional from the beginning, starting from the call during which he explained what he does and setting up the appointment time and finishing with cleaning his work space and giving some tips on how to determine if the dryer ventilation needs to be cleaned again next time.

Prompt, efficient and personable. Alfredo explained everything that he was doing with me and why my dryer was taking so long. Explained all about my air conditioning system filter and setup even though the dryer vent was what I needed him to fix. I will hire him to do my air conditioning service also when I need it.

Mr. Lopez and his crew did an EXCELLENT analysis and cleaning/restoration/disinfectant-mold removal job on our entire ventilation system. In addition to removing and cleaning all vent registers and the recessed boxes which were filled with years of dust and mold, he disasssembled the air handler including the "bird-cage" fan which was loaded with dust and hadn't been serviced in several years at the least. In addition the entire unit was vacuumed and disinfected and a new filter was installed with the suggestion to change it frequently ( we are now using a hyperallergenic replaceable filter instead of the "permanent" filter which probably came with the unit years ago. We had been renting the house upon moving down from the northeast and ,fell in love with the area and have purchased the home. This was the first improvement we knew we must do based upon the horrible interior air quality. As soon as all of this work was done we all noticed how clean and fresh the air is and our coughing and sneezing immediately stopped. As an added bonus, the blower fan which was previously so loud we had to turn up the volume on the den TV ( the unit is in the garage on an adjoining wall) is now at least 75% quieter, almost hard to notice now when it is on. Also, the Master Bedroom which previously did not receive any air conditioning this past summer and heat the past coiple of weeks now works flawlessly, saving me the cost of removal and installation of a new A/C -Heat unit. Beyond this, Mr. Lopez and his staff were prompt, courteous, hard-working and efficient . I would strongly and happily recommend this company to anyone and have already done so with our family and friends here who have experienced similar problems with dusyt, stale, unhealthy interior air in their homes.
