One of few paver companies that was willing to do a small repair to my paver patio. Said it would look like new and now it does.

I was impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by Imperial Landscaping Concepts beginning with the face-to-face meetings with the owner, landscaping architecture designer and project manager. Imperial Landscaping Concepts discussed each phase of my project with me to ensure the ideas and inspiration were understood while establishing a realistic timeline. To my surprise, Imperial Landscaping Concepts has developed over the years a one-stop-shop, which includes a network skilled craftsman who are personally engaged in the overall success of reaching the end vision of the design. Imperial Landscaping Concepts provided all services required to complete my project, to include; the demolition and removal of the old walkway, stone design/color for paver walkways, patio, retaining walls and flower beds, the redesign and expansion of the irrigation system, electrical work for the installation of the ground lighting, and the skillful selection of indigenous flowering plants, shrubs and trees creating the vision of an English Gardens. Cameron was prompt to get back with me. He is very courteous and thorough as we discussed my little project. He assured me that every project is important and no project is small. Even with the covid 19 slowing many businesses down, his team was at work on my patio/fire pit even before the expected start time. The team was efficient and every detail down to the smallest detail was met entirely with my satisfaction. They cleaned up everything on the last day and even worked late to finish that last part. Not at all with the quality of the plants they planted. They look awful. Poor health for the plants. 90% dissatisfied

Some was good but didn't put quality plants. Ask them to replace some plants they would not respond. My email was blocked. Would not recommend them

Outstanding company, evaluated the current retaining wall and patio slab I had, made suggestions and stayed within my requested budget. Were here on time, completed work according to schedule, informed me of a single occurrence when the crew could not be there one day and still stayed on schedule. Hire these guys, they know what they are doing.

The job was done in a timely manner, but the workers hired were outsourced and did not know what they were doing. The owner was very kind and helpful but it was a difficult situation that I would have preferred not to deal with.

On a tight timeline, the crew from Imperial installed sod and a Rain Bird irrigation system. The cost was reasonable, and we recommend Imperial for all land- and hard-scaping projects.

I would gladly give them 6 stars if I could. When you are getting estimates for a job like sodding, please be sure to ask about what equipment the company has and man power. Imperial has the equipment and the manpower to give you what you want. Their people are all professional, polite and know what they are doing. The support you get is exceptional. Please remember that cheaper is NOT better. Imperial are truly professional and take care of you the customer. They clean up everyday and want to make sure you are a happy customer. I am!
