Big Ben, Luis, and the rest of Jacob's team were very kind, considerate and helpful. They always arrived during the time windows we were told. They cared about thoroughness and making sure no corners were cut in restoring our kitchen. We appreciate their friendliness and would 100% call them first in any emergency.
Description of Work: We needed the sink and surrounding cabinetry removed in order to dry out the extensive water damage in the walls and floors.

I unfortunately am currently dealing with a large amount of water damage to my home. Damage Control Emergency Services were quick and responsive to come out and help me. The project manager Jacob has been so helpful and responsive during this process. I can't say enough about the crew today of Jeremy, Victor, Nathan, Sterling, Junior, and Parker. They have been amazing through this very trying time. They are professional, punctual, informative, and extremely helpful.
