The company was very, very nice. The workers were very professional and they did it in a timely manner. They cleaned up behind themselves and I am getting a lot of compliments from their work! I will refer them to friends and colleagues.

I HIGHLY recommend Preferred Pools & Pavers. I would rate Dan Brown, the owner, a saint. At the time I began working with him I had family visiting and there was lots of chaos and stress going on. Due to that, I got stressed about the timing of the work initially and then later on the day the work was to be done, my condo association starting making trouble and I had to make changes. Dan spoke with my condo people and revamped my plan on the spot and completed the job even though it was a small job. He could of walked away and refunded my partial payment but he didn't and he was extremely gracious at all times with me. Beautiful job. Very happy.

Dan Brown and his crew delivered everything they claimed and more. I gave all 5 stars because they deserved it in all categories. We are at our forever home here in Sarasota and Dan and his crew took on a big paver job here. Front porch, double driveway with perfect 2 foot flares,(removing all existing concrete), side pavers, basketball court and walkways installed in the back to perfection. I took all the bricks to my house and put draining under. Dan was willing to use the pvc and other downspout materials that I purchased to my own liking.

To say this company is amazing would put it lightly. They did a phenomenal job! The old pavers were going to my fire pit but were tossed by accident. Dan is scheduled to replace them so the customer service is spot on. Highly recommended!! USAVET

I did close to 15 quotes for my driveway. I requested a written quote and copy of insurance. I received both. The driveway was removed and replaced, front entry, and sidewalk to the back with slow elevation to the front for wheelchair access. It was completed in 3 days. There was an issue with the pavers and the paving company and preferred made it right and replaced the pavers that had issues. The work turned out beautiful and with the sealent brought out the colors. The work was very good. The customer service was excellent. The price was comparable to other bids. I would recommend them and would hire them again. I am very particular. I wanted a quality job at a fair price and I feel I got both.

Dan Brown was very wonderful to work with, he has customer service down to science the crew was extremely hard working and efficient and I could not be happy the the result.

It was absolutely fantastic, I have never seen anything like it. Dann came in here, gave me a price, and I was looking for whatever pleased my wife and that was what we were going to go with. She liked the material and the way Dann was going to do it. He said it would be couple of weeks before they could start but it ended up being just a couple of days. The 4 man crew got in here and got it done by 530 They did a perfect job! I am just happy my wife is happy.

They finished fast and looks great Dann just wants to make sure I am happy and did not higher the original quote!

We are very very satisfied! Excellent work and excellent guys to work with! It looks fantastic and we are very happy! When they were done they cleaned up very well too! It took a little while to get the job done but that was because of COVID-19 and that was the only issue and other than that no negatives.

They did a great job and everything I asked for they took care of.

Dann is the owner of the company he is wonderful to work with always called me back very professional. The pavers installers very knowledgeable with years of experience!
