Mr. Dann Brown of Preferred Pool, Patio and Pavers recently finished the driveway and courtyard patio replacement on my property in Sarasota. He did an excellent job, and the result looks great! He provided professional suggestions on pavers selection and layout design, and completed the project within 2 days. I am so glad to have his company perform the work. I will consider using his service for my future backyard patio work and strongly recommend his service to my friends and neighbors.

We did receive a few quotes and they were the cheapest. The thing I was most impressed with is this was for a restaurant and they did the work in the early morning before we opened and cleaned up after themselves. The work looks really good as well!

Mr. Dann Brown of Preferred Pools was amazing to work with. When we contacted Mr. Brown to inquire about his brick paving services he was very friendly and set an appointment to come to our home the very next day. He was extremely prompt in his arrival and very helpful with suggestions for our driveway project. We received his written quote by email that same evening and gave us several addresses of jobs we could look at to see the quality of his work. Once we hired Preferred Pools we were told that it would be 3 - 4 weeks before the project could begin due to the ordering of the pavers. Mr. Brown kept us up to date on the status of our order. Once the pavers were to be delivered he set the commencement date of the project. The morning the job was to start Mr. Brown and his crew arrived exactly on time. We had discussed a few changes and he said that was not a problem. The crew from Preferred worked diligently breaking up and removing the existing concrete as well as all of the tree roots under the driveway. By the end of the first day they had removed concrete from driveway and sidewalk, widened, formed and prepped for the paver installation. The second day the crew arrived on time, installed the pavers and completed the job. The pricing was unbelievable and we couldn't be happier. I would refer Preferred Pools to anyone and would certainly use them again for any project. It is so nice to work with people of character and integrity! Thank you Dann to you and your crew.

My pool deck looks fantastic!

I hired Dann to install pavers for me and he was here one day and I paid them $1700 and they did not finish the job, no edging on the side of the pavers, unevenness, the area of the walkway was suppose to be bigger and they did not finish the other side of the driveway, and the pavers were supposed to be sealed, I have called them 3 times after they were here and never heard back from them, I am so disappointed

Preferred Pools completed a remodel of our pool deck. They did an awesome job. Pricing was very competitive and the selection of pavers was wonderful. The job was completed quickly and meticulously. Dann and his crew were great to work with and they did an awesome job of working with a challenging slope down to a door and were able to make it work. Very satisfied!

We recently had a pool and deck remodel. Preferred Pools came out very promptly after contacting them and assessed repairs and gave us an estimate. The pricing was straightforward and competitive, and they fit me into their schedule right away. Daniel, the owner, was very helpful in explaining the process and choices for materials. He went out of his way to find exactly that we wanted and gave us great suggestions for improving and choosing colors and materials. We were able to fit pavers into our budget and they did an excellent job with a tricky installment due to the slope and the flush doorways. The work crews were great guys and very diligent. We were amazed at how quickly and smoothly the transformation took place. Daniel communicated with me throughout the process, was on site often to supervise his team and responded to my calls immediately when I had a question. The project turned out great and we are extremely happy with the end product. We are very happy that we went with Preferred Pools.

Dan and his team did an excellent job. We had a paver patio installed and an addition added to the side of the driveway. They did a great job and were very friendly and efficient. At the end of the job they cleaned up everything so there was no mess left for us to clean up. Would highly recommend this company.

The technician did not rinse the pool deck as part of the arrangement. The lid on the outer skimmer was not put on properly so my motor sucked in air all day and not water. The motor was extremely hot and possibly damaged

Dan contacted me quickly and took care of a problematic situation I was in within a few days time. When no other contractor would take on a small job he really stepped up.
