VOLUSIA CARPET CLEANING

I called their office last week and left a voice message indicating that I wanted to schedule an appointment. I was called back within 15 minutes. Appointment was scheduled. Ben arrived on time at my home (9:00 AM). He first did a walk through to discuss which rooms were to be cleaned. He then proceeded to set up his hoses and related equipment which connected to his truck parked in the driveway. Ben was careful to protect the baseboards and other areas of the house to ensure no damage to our recently painted wood trim. We had him clean the carpets in 5 rooms and a staircase. He placed pads or blocks under all furniture to ensure that they did not come in contact with the damp carpet after cleaning. He carefully cleaned corners and along the base boards and spent extra time in particularly dirty areas. Our master bedroom also has two large walk in closets which are carpeted and he cleaned these areas as well. He finished his work at about 11:30 AM including moving his equipment back to the truck.
