I contracted this company to paint my house. I recieved a fair rate due to my neighbor referring me to Mark and gave me a price in advance , so I decided to move forward and sign a contract. I went threw the process in getting approval from the HOA and was excited to move forward. Mark the owner texted me on Thursday to let me know he will be at my house on Monday to begin, but didnt give me a time, so i texted him after work on Friday to see what time is coming because i work. Then on Saturday he texts me a arbitrarily stating he has voided the contract and he is going to pass on the job. There was no reason why and he never replied back to me. Now i have to begin the process again. This was super unprofessional and wrong. I had 3 referrals for him and now he can kiss them good bye. I am a homeowner that works from 9 to 6 and he knew this so if he had an issue for me to text after that time he should have told me. I had to find out from my neighbor that was his reason for acting limpulsively. I really don't know how this man stays in business if he is that overly impulsive to give up thousands on work.

Mr. Thomas called me immediately and came out the following day to give us an estimate. We feel his estimate was Fair and his professionalism was great. We did not use his services as of yet because later that afternoon we were able to secure a rental and they needed to move in immediately. As soon as the tenant moves out we will be calling Mr. Thomas so we can schedule this paint job.

It was good. They were easy to communicate, friendly, and patience to change the colors.

Mark is really really good. Great price and quality work.
