+ -1 moreDifferent teams came to do the work every time. Things were broken on the last team's service and no one said anything. We found the broken pieces days after service. When we called Royal Maid on it, I felt as if we were being questioned about the validity of our claim, because it was several days after the service. Some months we got great service, other months were just ok service.
Description of Work: Housecleaning- sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, and general housecleaning.

+ -1 moreThe response to my initial call was prompt and they worked with me to arrange a satisfactory time for an estimate and initial service. The ladies who came were uniformed, prompt, pleasant, professional and thorough. They went above and beyond, even bleaching some stubborn mildew stains in a bathroom which is soon to be renovated. I could not have asked for a better job.
Description of Work: Two ladies cleaned two bathrooms and the kitchen, living/dining, family rooms and hallways from top to bottom. They brought their own supplies and equipment, worked efficiently with very satisfactory results.

+ -1 moreOVERALL I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. THE CLEANING WAS DONE VERY WELL REQUIRING NO FOLLOW UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE FOR SOMEONE WHO NEEDS CLEANING DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
