Service was good. The estimator came on time and was thorough. The installers came on time and did an excellent job. There was an edge on the wall that was chipped, but that may have been unavoidable. I also requested, after the installers had left, that an extra length of the floorboard be made available to me, but that did not happen. That said, the floor looks terrific! We have received many compliments on it.

Some tiles got removed that were suppose to stay, they agreed to replace them since it was there mistake. There was no communication as to when that was gone get done, the owner would never call me or call me back (it was always me chasing him) him and I got into a screaming match over the phone " he would be telling me things like I need to give respect to get respect" after me calling them for over a week after my laminate wood was done to get my tiles replaced and stating I would give them a bad review is when I finally got somewhere with them. Now I have some issues with my floors and no one has responded back to me via email. So no I would not recommend them.

The installation crew showed up on time, advised exactly what was going to happen, and it went exactly as advertised.  They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up after they were done.
We did have to have them comeback and make an adjustment to the section between the tile and the laminate in the dining room.  They came back the next day and did a superior job in going above and beyond to make sure that we were happy.
I would STRONGLY recommend Hector and his company for any and all flooring repair or installation.  We will be using them again to replace the carpeting upstairs!

I can not say enough positive things about this company, LeRoy the owner was a extremely professional and accommodating. He truly embodies superior customer service. We were buying a home in FL living in another state at the time. Dealing with many other companies over the phone to no avail, I contacted LeRoy with All floors of Orlando. He spent tons of time with me over the phone answering my many questions, I never felt rushed and he made sure he was accessible via phone, text etc. LeRoy came out to the property and measured the space for our carpet needs. My husband was traveling to FL and needed to select carpet but had a time crunch and needed to get in earlier than they opened which I believe is 10am. After speaking with Leroy he agreed to open up early for my husband 9:30am however LeRoy was there earlier and let my husband in even earlier than agreed. Lastly, the day of our closing there was a delay and contractor was waiting at our house. LeRoy was so understanding did not complain and made a point to put me at ease and say its okay when contractors could get in to let him know. They waited over 2 hours at the property before I could get them in. I felt so bad but they were not in a bad mood or anything just got straight to work. The carpet install was good and we were pleased. I would highly recommend them and would call them immediately if I had any other needs.

What a crew!  I went to the store at 12919 East Colonial, Orlando, FL 32826 and was walked through all my options/prices.  I chose a beautiful laminate.  Within days they measured and set up a delivery and install schedule.  The crew arrived on time and worked non-stop for 3 days.  Some of the doorways had tile that needed to be cut out to make a seamless transition between rooms and they did that with perfection.  I replaced all the carpet in my home (over 1400 sq ft) so I now have just carpet or tiles throughout and my home looks FABULOUS!
I HIGHLY recommend this company!  They are veteran owned and consummate professionals at each level of the process.

Everything went very well... the work turned out great, the work was done quickly and professionally. My only complaint would be the confusion with the quarter round as whether or not it we wound use the existing pieces or purchase new ones. We were told that it was included in the quoted price but then told that it was not. It was all worked out at no additional cost and I recommend to anyone to insist on having quarter round installed, it just looks better.

All Floors of Orlando did a fantastic job start to finish.  Hector, the owner, came out to measure and he was very helpful in answering my questions.  Then we met Joel in the showroom and he was very very patient, we were very indecisive about what type of tile to go with.  When Jose and Jamie came out to install the floors, they did an amazing job.  The job took a little longer than was anticpated but that was because there was very little area to move my furniture to since we were doing the whole house and Jose made sure that the tiles were perfect.  I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

The installers showed up approximately one hour late. Everything started out fine, but then turned bad, do not use this company for the following reasons:

-Main installer said his helper was extremely new and did not know how to grout or do the job properly yet. Hired the kid because he was trying to help him out.
-Both people smoked very frequently and even though it was outside the smell was throughout my home.
-They kept leaving the front door open to allow all the A/C to exit my home even when they were not frequently entering and exiting.
-Took twice the amount of time to complete the job as the sales person originally stated.
-On the second day I came downstairs only to discover the main installer left the job site. I asked where he went and the other guy stated he had to go start another job at a different location. Why would you leave my site when it's not even close to being finished and start something else? My house is ripped apart, seriously?
-Left a horrible amount of "haze" on my tiles and said that I had to clean it up the next day when it dried. Upon further inspection the next day there was large chuncks of grout dried on the tiles that had to be scraped up.
-Approximately one month later the group began to crack and large chuncks fell out of the grout everywhere.
-One of the owners, Leroy, came to my residence to inspect the issue and acted like it was not a big deal. He said they scraped out too much filler from between the tiles and did not push the grout in between the tiles properly. On his own, Leroy got on the subject of law enforcement while here and was very negative about how they perform their job. Seriously? This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
-They wanted to sent out the original installer to fix the issue. I told him that I did not want him back in my house because he could not do the job properly the first time. The owner, Jose, said well I guess it's going to cost me money to have this fixed since I'll have to pay another installer. Yea I guess it will Jose, you are not a good business owner.
-A different installer came to my home and took one look at how the tiles were laid and said the initial installer did a horrible job. Pointed out how un-level the tiles were and said over and over again how he could've done a better job. This installer mostly fixed the issue but a few days ago I noticed a couple cracks forming again. I guess this is going to be a life long problem with this tile because it was installed so poorly.

After consultation with Empire and another whose name I forget, I hired All Floors of Orlando who was recommended by a friend of a friend who had used them. The owner came with several samples, measured the areas and gave me a reasonable price that was better than the the company whose name I can't remember and shockingly better than Empire with (it turns out) their misleading TV ads of multiple rooms discounts! (Discounts? Not so much. Their quotes were ridiculously higher.)
I purchased laminate with gloss flooring for my master bedroom and living/dining areas that stands up to my 100lb German Shepherd and I could not be more pleased. They brought the flooring the day before installation. On installation day they moved all my furniture, replaced it and placed padding (That I had to purchase. Very inexpensive) under all my furnture so now I can just slide everything when cleaning, and they did it all in one day. I am now ready to do the rest of the house and will call them again. But, I will still get estimates from others on Angie's List, now that I am a member.

They went above and beyond. We were let down by another company. The manager of the place came out on a Sunday evening to measure. They ordered and put in tile within a 5-day period. It was unbelievable. They had the tile we wanted, and they delivered it. They bent over backwards for us.
