I did the inquiry through service magic for someone to assist my parents with cleaning. They are unable to do any cleaning and have been letting their home go for some time. Ginger from Absolute Cleaning called me and spoke to me at great lenght and was very understanding of my parents situation and my Mom's personality and chose someone to go out to their home to do the first cleaning. There was a lot of thought and consideration on the person she chose and my parents were very happy with the lady that came out. She did a great job and my parents are very eager to have her back, which is saying a lot for my Mom to feel that way.

Ginger was very responsive and easy to work with. She worked around my schedule which I appreciated. The maid that was sent was 20 minutes late, but she did call to say that she was running late and was unfamiliar with the area. The job they did was professional and was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Absolute Cleaning and will use them again.

Ginger was very prompt contacting me and coordinated service for me the same week. The professional she sent worked within the time I had asked for and completed the major items, as well as some of the additional cleaning I had requested. While there were a few minor things that were missed...I feel like those will be easily resolved in the future as she is more acquainted with what I want done. I plan to used them again!

Terri was prompt and worked the entire time she was at our house. Additionally, she ended up staying later to get the job done. She contacted Ginger very quickly to get the updated amount of the extra half hour.
