Needed cleaning of my house done,it was very short time and weekends when I contacted them, I immediately got respond and everything was setup as I requested and the person "G" was absolutely great,hardworking and knew what she was doing, I will definitely recommend them.

Patti and Ginger did an awesome job. I consider them very reliable.

Deanna does a wonderful job and I can count on her to show up on her scheduled days. She even gives my pup some water if her bowl is empty!

Absolute did an excellent job of cleaning my home. It is vacant and in the process of selling and I wanted the home cleaned throughout for the new owner. Absolute did a wonderful job of cleaning the cabinets, counter tops, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, windows, doors, windows, floors, etc. The home looked and smelled so clean afterwards - I was so impressed and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services.

Do not use this service. I made a huge mistake in not meeting this woman in person in the beginning. Ginger is her name. She agreed to charge $180, but did say that the hourly rate was $28. I had told her I would pay by credit card. The girl who came to clean did work hard but she was there 8 hours. I was not there when she left. I had someone else there. I went to look at the work done the next day. At that time I was disappointed that she had not even done anything to the largest room. So I contacted the owner, Ginger, via text and told her I would like for her to come to the property and look at the job that had been done. She immediately became livid. She text me back to pay her now! Then she threatened to file charges on me, get a lien. I had decided that I was not going to give her my credit card information on the phone. I would have paid by credit card if she had some kind of computer program to pay. She said several times that I had told her I would pay with a credit card. She rang my phone number while she was in a rage. She text me at least 20 times livid and very threatening. I was in shock being treated this way. This was Friday evening. Finally she said if I didn't pay her by Monday she would file theft charges on me. Then she said I could pay her by PayPal. I ended up paying her from my own checking account through Chase Quick Pay when she said she was crying. She wanted me to sign a waiver that I would not give her a bad review and she said she would give me $20 off the bill. I did not sign an such waiver. This is a horrible person who does not know how to relate to people properly for a business. I believe my instincts in not wanting to pay her by credit card were good because I just went to Google and found several horrible reviews about her overcharging people on credit cards and going off on them as she did me. This is the second person I have had act in a very unprofessional manner from Home Advisor. I do not think Home Advisor vets their businesses who post on their site and I am not going to be using their service any more after this experience. Home Advisor should have a warning posted on their site that service providers here can be dangerous.

Talked to the owner directly in the beginning and she graciously explained everything that was going to happen. The person that came and cleaned stayed on task and was very friendly. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a local company to do the work. If I still lived in the Houston area, I would continue to use them on a regular basis.

Shawni did an excellent job! She arrived on time, asked specific questions about what I wanted done, and worked diligently the entire time she was there. She definitely went above and beyond. I was grateful to be able to schedule a cleaning on such short notice, as I had family coming in two days later. Definitely a professional company I would recommend!

I told the person who called what I wanted and when the lady came, I told her that due to my age I had trouble with cleaning down low and up high and I wanted her to clean the baseboards and my cabinet fronts and the bathrooms first and what ever else she could do in the time. She completed everything on my list and swept, mopped and vacuumed the entire house. I was very pleased and will definitely call then again.

Ginger is a very nice and friendly lady. She will accommodate your needs. Highly recommended.

I hired Absolute for a one time move-out cleaning of a rental. I was not present to verify so I can only assume they did a great job because I received my full security deposit back from the property mgmt. company we were renting from.

The lady that came to clean did an awesome job. She was very efficient. Only down was that being this my first time using the services, the lady came in late. I think it may have been a misunderstanding. Though, I was very overwhelmed and having the help really work well for me.

Very quick turnaround for service on a holiday weekend, prompt answering of phone and text messages even after business hours. Had our place cleaned on a weekend day without any issues. House was cleaned sufficiently and satisfactorily.

When they give you a time they're going to show up, they are on the dot! They walk the house with you and tell you what was done and if anything needs touching up. And whatever needs cleaning, they're not afraid to tackle the mess.

Everything Ginger explained about the service in her initial call to me was exactly what we received. There was a last minute conflict with the original scheduled service which caused a bit of a problem, but we're all human and things beyond our control sometimes happen. The quality of the cleaning is almost perfect - there are only a couple of little things I would like to adjust - and that is the only reason I didn't rate at 5 stars. I am very particular about some things, and I don't think it is reasonable to expect anyone to come to your home and do everything exactly the way you want it done the first time. I am VERY EXCITED to have the same person coming to my home and doing the things I want done with a cheerful attitude and a great work ethic. I look forward to a long, professional relationship with my assigned cleaning lady.
