2 cleaners did an excellent job in just a few hours. Very professional and explained their process before starting.

I was quoted but I was charged a higher rate than quoted and had to request to correct rate. The cleaning was okay, I would not hire them again.

Tried several maids before we found the right one for us but once we found her we have been extremely happy with this service.

Super disappointed. I hired for a one time move-out cleaning and expected the list of services on the website to be completed. Some were but many were not. I was present briefly on cleaning day and returned the next day to find MANY listed services untouched. Debris in drawers and on floors, pantry and bathtubs not cleaned; cabinet fronts and toe kicks not cleaned. The kitchen was the worst and it is the most important to new buyers. After I complained they came back (that's why I gave 2.5 stars for customer service) and took care of the things that should have been done in the first clean. I was moved out so I could not inspect after the second cleaning. When the buyer toured; she was understandably very upset about dead bugs and hair in the sinks and bathtubs and poorly cleaned floors. Her agent asked AbsoClean to come back and they refused. Our realtor had to clean the bathtubs and shower surrounds; as well as sweep up all the dead bugs. The staff and owner are very nice people; but nice doesn't ensure a good cleaning job.

Shaina did a very good job with the move out clean. She was on time , friendly and efficient. I would use Absolute Cleaning in the future.

The ladies showed up on time, they were organized and very friendly. In no way were the ladies judgemental, they worked very diligent and bi feel like my money was wisely spent. Outstanding job!! The worker was extremely efficient. This lady lifted, wiped, dusted, and cleaned every picture frame, ceramic piece, wood carving, glass, and stone collectible we had in our family room. This lady treated our little trinkets like they were valuable. The bathroom fixtures were gleaming when the lady had finished. She never took a break, and she even refused water until she had finished. I will definitely use Absolute Cleaning, Inc. again.

6/1 we were finally able to resolve the breakdown in communication, although never did figure out what happened to create it. Therefore I am updating this review. Samantha did a fabulous job and was a real delight to have in our home. We are very appreciative of the great service she provided and will be recommending Ginger to friends that live around San Antonio as well.

I hired Absolute Cleaning for a one time cleaning service. Ginger was very helpful in getting a Cleaning Technician sent to my home. The Technician arrived on time as scheduled, and I found her to be polite and courteous. She did a good job, and I felt comfortable with her in my home. I would use Absolute again in the future based on this one time experience.
