**Note: The Professional Construction Company is who I called for service, but I signed my contract with Christopher Franklin Service, they're the same company** I contacted this company in an effort to resolve a drainage issue that had previously washed out the underside of my existing driveway, and add a culvert to the base. Prior to work and payment, TPCC was extremely responsive and friendly, and quickly earned my trust. I was assured repeatedly by Charles that they would do a few things to make sure I had a great driveway. Those things included 4000 PSI concrete, and fiberglass fibers in the concrete to help hold it together and help prevent cracking. (Realizing that I don't hold them responsible for normal concrete cracking, that is to be expected over time and with changing weather.) We entered into a contract on 1/12/18 to remove and replace 78 feet of my driveway, along with installing a culvert at the base. On March 26, 2018 I still had a huge bag of construction debris sitting at the corner of my driveway waiting to be picked up, despite having repeatedly notifying them of it's presence. The driveway itself was poured and "finished" on March 5, 2018. They came and retrieved the construction bag on the evening of March 26th. This was the last time I succeeded in getting a response from Charles regarding my driveway. On March 17th I had let Charles know the driveway was again washing out underneath, and I wanted to AGAIN contract with them to make changes to whatever areas necessary to solve the drainage issue and protect my investment in my new driveway. I made no less than FIVE phone calls to attempt to get their assistance. All of those calls went unanswered. I gave up on trying to do business with TPCC, and let it go...but I didn't realize at the time that the driveway was contributing to the problem. I'll get to that in a minute. Fast forward to September, 2018. I've contracted with landscapers to attempt to alleviate the water/drainage issue only to learn that the fall of the driveway (North to South) is largely responsible for the damage and should've been addressed by the company installing the driveway if they "knew what they were doing." (Landscaper's words...not mine.) He also suggested I get another concrete contractor out to survey the driveway and make sure I got what I paid for...so I did. The other contractor did a thorough inspection of the driveway, apron, and culvert. The apron and culvert were done well, and to quote the contractor..."because those are the parts that are inspected by the county." That's correct. The only part of my driveway that is of high quality is the part that was reviewed by a county inspector. 1) The driveway finish is very poor. Many sweeps going in different directions, and waves in it. It looks...well? Bad. 2) The control joint at the base of the driveway is crumbling and getting worse. The other contractor suggested it's a result of a poor finish job. 3) I have spalling (a hole, basically) forming in another spot in the driveway, where your finger can go at least 1.5" down, and it appears it's not even concrete. 4) Based on the hole and other areas inspected by the other contractor, it appears my driveway was NOT installed with fiberglass reinforcement, as promised repeatedly by Charles. 5) The washout under the driveway has led to an East to West (up and down my driveway) crack in the slab with washout beneath it. I am now unable to use my driveway for fear of it collapsing completely. Calling them is pointless. They don't return calls once they have your money. The worst part is that I wasn't even going to make a big deal out of the crappy finish job, or even the waves. I wanted help with the spalling and cracking on the control joints and they told me it was "normal," and that "concrete cracks where it wants to." I verified that this is NOT cracking. Their choice is to ignore me instead.

In removing the existing driveway the sprinkler system was decimated and the main water line destroyed. The water line was repaired the sprinkler system remains inoperable. The day the concrete was to be poured only half the amount arrived we waited days for the second half to be poured. Once it was cured it immediately cracked in about 10 places. The surface began flaking & disintegrating by walking on it and by heavy rain. We contacted Christopher Franklin service DBA Professional Construction Company and Mr. Franklin came out and agreed with our assessment he said that the job was unacceptable and that it was a result of a bad batch of concrete. We expected the concrete to be removed and replaced since we paid nearly $6,000. Mr Franklin indicated he would not be doing that and if we wanted it replaced we would have to contact his supplier with whom we had no prior contract or contact. We tried in vain to resolve and ended up filing a small claims court. Our case was heard November 9th 2017. No one from the other side appeared and we want to judgement of $5,000. We are now left to our own devices to collect. Beware!

He is excellent. He takes his time. He doesn't rush it. He just sits with you and he will do the exam and whatever the appropriate exam is for the time and just explains what next and he is pretty understanding and laid back. He is pretty relaxed, but he is very thorough.

Description of Work: I had heard great things about this physician. As a physician myself, I have been able to see this doctor interact with patients on a regular basis. I felt confident referring my wife to see him. She had a WONDERFUL experience. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

He was great. I changed doctors at 30 weeks along and he was overall really awesome. I was kind of needy during my pregnancy because my husband was deployed at the time. He calmed me down and addressed any questions or concerns, he never seemed annoyed with all the questions I asked. I felt very comfortable with him. During delivery, I had a rough time and he stayed there with me the whole time. He was calm and collected, I worried but he made me feel better. Overall, I was pleased with the service he provided me with. It went very well. I recommended him to all my friends and family.
