We have not used their installers which appears to be the source of the negative reviews here. However we can speak to the excellent service we received working with Sal at the Seminole location. Knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He had a store full of people and he was on his own, but he handled it great. We actually had a good time shopping for ceiling fans. Prices were comparable to and sometimes better than Amazon. They offer amazing warranties that you will never see from Amazon or the big box stores. We will definitely be back the next time we need a fan.

Terrible. It was one of the worst experiences we've had with a local business. The fans themselves appear to be good quality; however, the installer was the worst we can imagine. He brought his wife to help him, and he berated her the whole time . . . very embarrassing. He up-sold us on a switch that turned out to not be necessary. While we were gone driving back to the store to get the switch, our son who was home and the installer didn't know it, overheard the him bragging to his wife how he up-sold us. We had questions, and he yelled at us saying, "Am I putting this in today or not?" He was also angry that he had to install one of the fans over our king size bed, which we had discussed in advance with the store manager in Spring Hill. He then proceeded to charge more than what we were quoted. We have since learned that he installed one of the fans without enough support structure in the ceiling. We will have to pay a real electrician now to fix his problem. This person was without a doubt the worst installer or service tech that we have ever had. To top it all off, when we complained, the store manager defended his actions, saying that he gets good comments about him. There is no excuse for the manager defending the installer. We will never use this store again and will tell everyone we know about our experience. If we could rate this store worse than an F, we would.

The fan  in the living room wobbled and the installer claimed that gravity would take care of the wobble and he left.  When we complained the assistant manager just defended the installer who happened to be her husband.  We had to go to corporate to get them to replace the wobble fan.  The installer called us and was very rude and said he would never come to our house again.  The following monday,the same installer came to replace the fan and he was very nasty until we got a neighbor to come in and witness his actions.  He then changed his tune and finished the job without and other problems.  I would never use Dan's fans again.

I've been very happy. It's excellent service. They are customer oriented.

THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS BOTH FUN AND EASY. DAN'S FANS GIVES YOU THE OPPORTUNITY TO MATCH THE FAN BLADES AND LIGHT KIT TO YOUR HOME WHILE PURCHASING A HIGH QUALITY MOTOR. INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT.
