We are amazed by his pricing and he keeps his promises on time. the quality of work is top shelf. I live in Avila in Tampa and there are a lot of rules for vendors and his team did a fantastic job with everything including following the protocol. I also use him for my businesses and have used him too many time to recall. Never an issue of any kind. they are unusual in Florida and the only reliable source I have ever found.

Amazing. As stated above, we have been repeat customers of Yeager for 10 years. Jim Yeager walks the walk of a Christian. His word is always good and he delivers only the best in everything he does for his customer. Every Yeager employee holds his same standards. They are professional, kind, and truly a pleasure to have in your home. They respect your family life and accommodate their schedule to meet yours. We were completely comfortable having workers in our home while we were at work. We have an indoor cat. And they even put reminder signs on the doors to prevent her from escaping outside! We can't say enough about every worker that came in to our home. Not only was their workmanship impeccable, they always worked hard with an amazing desire to perform to their best. When we arrived home each evening, our home and every work area was completely clean with no trace of debris. We could always see the progress, but no evidence of debris was ever left as a clue that workers had been in our home. We can't say enough about The plumber and electrician who performed all the necessary work for this project. Jim Yeager delivers what he says. He provides personal service that make you feel like family. Jim, Melanie, Rick, Beth. Darren, Jeff, Raul, Pete, and I know I have left out more, we thank you for yet another amazing experience from Yeager. And yes, my kitchen is so pretty that I want to sleep there! Nobody is better than Yeager!

Both crews (carpet installation and hardwood floor repair/refinish) were great - prompt, professional and courteous. Additionally, they were great in working with our schedule as it changed several times during the work. They were very helpful in selecting the carpet and pad, and demonstrated several different colors of floor stains to help us decide. Even above that, they made a sample of the floor stains that I could take to my wife (who was in another state at the time). I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them in the future - it was a pleasure.

We used Yeagar for two separate jobs which is why this review is a bit conflicting. To start with the positive; the wood installation looks amazing. The two installers arrived on time both days and worked diligently. Professional and polite- fantastic work and has truly made our staircase a statement piece in our home. Wood was great quality and turned out exactly as promised. The only hiccup was a miscommunication on the price(mostly our fault not double checking) The carpet installation all in all was not a terrible experience either, just less than what was provided with the wood. The installers arrived, never introducing themselves or breaking down their work schedule, after I approached them they were cordial enough. Shortly after they began working, they got into a bit of a shouting match about a request I had made to make sure to take extra care not to damage our wood railings. Again, not the biggest deal in the world, just a bit unprofessional. They finished and left before I was notified to check their work, the carpet quality and work looks amazing though, thank goodness. Yeagar had informed us from the very beginning that this was considered a small project by their standards, which I totally understand, but I was surprised at the fact that after completion of both of our projects there was no follow up.

Initially the request was to redo flooring in 3 rooms and a hallway. After Jim Yeager came out to my home, he informed me that it was in my best interest to not remove the wood flooring I already had, but to update the other room to a high quality laminate due to my semi-large dogs. We made an appt at their showroom and met with Bud Yeager who helped us review and select a floor that was nearly identical to the one that was already installed. This company was extremely flexible in terms of contacting and scheduling and did a fantastic job on the install. After multiple quotes for flooring where they were advising a "worn" floor be torn up (expensively) Jim gave me good advice, which we will be following and gave advice to maximize my value, not his purchase order.

I am new to Florida and went to Yeager's flooring on the recommendation of a family member. I am truly happy I did. The staff is incredible and makes you feel like a family member and not a customer. Mike was the gentleman who visited my home, measured, priced and met me at the showroom. Somehow, he found time to avail himself day or night and answer stupid questions. He was also on scene every day of the install too! I was even more surprised when during my visit to the showroom the owners came out (both Marines) and chatted with me for an hour! They even picked out our carpeting! The crew that was sent to our home did the most professional work I have ever seen in my 53 years on this earth. They leveled the slab, laid the flooring, put molding on, corked the molding and even in the smallest corner ensured the molding and flooring was perfect. They were genuinely proud of their work when Chris, the on site manager, walked me through. There was not a speck of dirt or mistake I have found. And to my surprise the carpeting was laid a day early too. That crew I never even met. What a great experience! Thanks so much! If the product holds up through the years to the same standards set by the Yeagers I will truly be happy. Awesome job and thanks to everyone.

We have NEVER had customer service like the service provided by Jim Yeager and company. My husband and I are VERY picky and Jim and his crew at Yeager have responded to all of our requests promptly and professionally. Jim was very, very patient and spent A LOT of time with us describing the pros and cons of wood flooring and running samples over to us for our selection. He responded immediately to all of our requests for assistance. Jim is actually sending someone over to our house today with a kit to fix our 1st scratch on the floor! Jim also sent his decorator, Melanie, over to assist us with our flooring selection and even our home decor. Melanie is extremely knowledgeable. All of the folks at Yeager have gone out of their way for us. We have been spoiled! Thanks you Jim, Susan, Melanie, Lee, and company!

We had used them before. They had to bring a jackhammer in and break out tile and everything. It was quite a job. They did the trim and it really looks great. The quality is great, super floor. We really like the company. There was a little mix up but the owner called and cleared it up within a day.

There were 3 crews, 1 for each phase of the project. Each arrived on time and all were extremely courteous and professional. Each crew took their time and made sure that I was satisfied. I highly recommend Yeager Flooring. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of materials or my experience with this company.

This was a very large scale renovation that we decided to undertake - nearly every portion of our home was renovated in some way. Before beginning the project we went to Angie's List to review local companies that could help us with the renovation. Yeager and Company had the best reviews that we saw. We contacted Yeager and they sent out a salesman to give us a quote for the job. The sales process was very smooth - we were provided samples of flooring, carpet, tile, etc. The salesman had patience with us as we went through the process of selecting the right company and the right timing to start the project. When we received the quotes from Yeager I will say that we were taken back as they were what we considered to be very high and much higher than other quotes we had. When we questioned the salesman we were sold on the following: -The high rating and reviews they had on Angie's List -That all work would be done perfectly -They had a way of working that would reduce dust to an absolute minimum. As we were going to live through the renovation this was important to us. We decided it would be worth paying a premium for their services and decided to move forward with the project. This project was started in February and has just ended in May. We do have a fully renovated house and it does look fantastic. I will say it did not come without it's fair share of challenges. Here are the pros and cons we experienced. Pros: -Quality products were used in all aspects of the project -The electrical and plumbing sub-contractors were top notch -The granite provider used was top notch -The painters did a good job with interior painting (came back multiple times as we found missed spots, etc) -Owner of the company is very responsive and truly cares about the customer and delivering a quality product. You can see that the Yeager employees think very highly of him. Cons: -Our main contact and salesperson was fantastic at the start of the project. As we got further along and things started to come up he started to dis-engage and lost his customer service focus. Toward the end of the project the relationship became challenged and he completely dis-engaged from the project and we worked directly with the owner which was a very positive experience. -Cost: there is really no other way to say it, there costs are very high. At points during the project there was a feeling nickel and diming us for small things. -2 times during the project tile was laid on a bowed wall (master bathroom shower wall and kitchen backsplash. Both times I had to point this out to the company. The wall in the shower had to be torn down and re-built to continue the project. -The original kitchen backsplash that was done, we did not like the tile nor the fact that part of it was laid on a bowed wall. We talked to the sales person about this and he was going to charge us after the fact to remove the tile and fix the wall. I engaged the owner of the company and he came out to look at it and agreed to replace it at no charge. This again goes back to my comment above about the owner truly understanding customer service. -Kitchen island was installed way to close to the parallel kitchen cabinets and refrigerator. We have less than an inch of space to get the refrigerator out in the event we need to replace it. There was plenty of room in the kitchen to move this back even 10-12 inches. This decision was made when we were out of town. -The minimal dust aspect we were originally sold on we did not experience. It was a very high dust zone. -We should have removed our furniture from the house prior to starting the project. Our furniture was not taken care of in the best way. Yeager did do some repairs on our master bedroom set. -Payments: each project is invoiced separately. Literally as soon as one project is completed you will immediately get a call from their office to collect payment. If you don't call them back immediately they will keep calling and even would reach out to both my wife and I in the same day multiple times. We always paid promptly but they make you feel like a deadbeat and seem to take a collections agency type of approach. Renovations are never easy - especially if you live through them. Overall we are very satisfied with the end result and we have a new beautiful home. If a few of the cons we mentioned above could have been avoided I would have been more inclined to rate the overall score closer to an A.

went fantastic, very very satisfied, did the work, did it on, did it at the estimated cost, Jim Yeager does most of the estimating for his jobs, adjusted his schedule and came even before our insurance adjuster arrived, and provided a detailed estimate that was spot on with what hte insurance adjuster later provided, so it was easy to compare the two, to see that the insurance would cover the work jim would do. the other primary thing was he was able to hire new good and loyal employees, able to send them to jobs with little supervision because he trusts them to do the work and make decisions if things come up on the spot.

Yeager's sales person Mike Shorba came to the house with a great assortment of carpet samples to look at, helped us choose the best color, padding, and so on. A few days later we went to the Yeager office because I wanted to recheck the color. The staff there was very pleasant and professional, and we were delighted to talk with the owner, Jim Yeager, who is obviously very proud of his business. Mike joined us when he returned to the office and we decided that this is what we wanted. We were originally told it would probably be a two day job and adjusted our schedules accordingly. A huge thing for us is that moving larger pieces of furniture is done by the carpet laying crew so my husband and I did a lot of prep ahead of time, emptying china cabinet, moving smaller items. Two other companies were going to charge us to move the furniture. When Tom Levatino came with his crew he said he was impressed with how much we'd done which made their job a lot easier - resulting in a faster job! The guys were very careful with moving the furniture out of the way - and moving 6 rooms is no easy feat! Then they proceeded to lay all the carpet, very organized and professional - and CHEERFUL! This could have been a very stressful day but these guys are obviously proud of what they do, especially Tom who has been doing this for 40 years, and Keith who's been at it for 20. They were able to complete the entire house in one day including moving the furniture back to where it belonged. We would most definitely use this company again, and recommend it to anyone needing any kind of flooring or other services they offer (already referred a neighbor!).

They are very busy so it took a while to schedule. I was hoping they did more custom carpentry work as I have some other projects in mind in addition to stock crown moulding, but I appreciate Jim Yeager's honesty. The very skilled workers who installed the crown were on time, professional and simply amazing. Overall excellent. Aside from that, I had an issue with the moulding design which was not exactly as I expected, and Yeager's office resolved it quickly and fairly. I'd definitely use them again and will recommend to friends and neighbors. They stand behind their work, and I understand that their major business is flooring. I didn't know this when I hired them for the moulding, though it worked out beautifully. We'll need flooring in the future, so it works out. Really pleased that I found this company on Angie's List.

The Yeager crew arrived on time and went right to work. In one day, they completed the laminate flooring in about 1,000 sq ft. They were very clean & professional. We are so happy to have made that call! We would definitely call them again for any flooring work, and they also do many other remodeling jobs, for which I would consider them.

We recently purchased a home with wood flooring. It was not in the best of shape and was made up of at least three different floors and although they were similar in color they were different enough that it was very noticeable. And the wood was also of varying thickness in different areas of the home. There were a few areas where finishes were so worn with embedded dirt that I was not sure how good they would ever look and we had four areas that definitely needed to be repaired with replacement wood. We obtained multiple quotes from Angie's List companies and were told by one of the companies that the floors could not be refinished. They would have to replace them and the number was extremely high and totally out of our budget. Another concern of ours was schedule as we were doing major renovations and needed the floors done towards the end of the project and before we moved in. We had a very tight time frame and I had some major concerns if everything would together on time. Well, we selected Yeager due to their reputation and pricing and we were not disappointed. Jim Yeager got us scheduled where everything fit together perfectly. Bob Larkin, his master floor man, showed up right on time and finished in six working days. When I saw the floors all I could say was WOW! I was hoping for something acceptable that we could live with but what we got were showcase quality floors. Bob was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, even some after he had moved on to other jobs. What a great company! I can not say enough good things about them and can't rank them high enough on Angie's List.

They came out and measured and then gave me a quote. They were able to begin that next week and had my entire tile job completed (2400 square feet) in 7 days. It took them another week on the sheetrock project but it all turned out perfectly. The tile looks beautiful and is very professionally installed so it lays perfectly with no uneven areas. It was kind of expensive, but it was such a quality job that I don't really mind paying top dollar as I wanted it done right. Jim Yeager came out and reviewed the job with us and fixed a couple of little things that we wanted adjusted. The company was professional and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to everyone. I had a wood floor issue and no solution to resolve it. I sent an email to this company on a Sunday, describing my issue. To my surprise the owner responded shortly thereafter. I then emailed the owner a photo of the issue. And the owner again responded with a recommended solution. Problem solved!

They were on schedule, extremely polite, very neat and cleaned up nicely. They went above and beyond and we are very satisfied.

We used Yeager Flooring to tear up the existing tile throughout our entire home and replace it with wood, tile, and carpet. I really can't recommend Yeager Flooring enough!!! Jim Yeager is a true professional and a delight to work with from beginning to end. He personally made sure we were happy with every aspect of the job. Jim and his crew were even great working around a "less than professional" painter that was in the home at the same time. The only thing we would have done differently is had Yeager do everything. That way, you know it will be done with minimal hassel and done well. The floors look fantastic and we couldn't be happier! We will contact Jim for all future projects in the house.

They were on time, clean and professional.

The owner of this company came to our house for an estimate. We intend on removing all carpet from stairs and installing wood treads with new railings. Removing all carpet from main floor and upper hallway to install tile. Once here, he tried to push us towards some composite cardboard product. Never did he attempt to take any measurements, just said he would send an estimate. For what I ask? It was very clear the work we required was way beyond his capability, why not just state that! After further checking, Yearger is simply a carpet company, trying to push a product that's within their capability to install, to be honest I would not try to sell this to my worst enemy. Angie's list is not perfect, be careful reading all reviews as all are not true. Yearger should of just been honest, and stated our work was beyond his capabilities!!!!! Just so you know....This review was written by my husband and not me. He is a general contractor and knows more than most in any construction field. I was on the phone during your presentation, however, I did see the material you were trying to push and my husband did not want that. Your are not a true gentleman as your comments show that.

We ordered carpeting for three rooms and laminate flooring for our screened room. The carpet was installed and looks absolutely beautiful! Carpet installers, Tom and Jerry were very professional, knowledgeable and took their time to ensure a quality installation. This was also true of the tile and laminate installers. Unfortunately the screened room presented a problem due to the laminate flooring reacting to the environment and needed to be replaced. Jim Yeager responded immediately having it replaced with tile at no additional cost. The project presented several problems and now unknowingly the tile appears to sweat in cold weather. Jim suggested considering pavers if this becomes a problem. Hopefully that will not be the case for it too looks beautiful! My husband and I sincerely appreciated our experience working with Jim Yeager. He is truly a 'man of his word' being amazingly responsive to all our calls and concerns. Jim takes a lot of pride in the products sold, quality installations and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Yeager to others! Brooksville, FL

They went out of their way to meet a schedule that was good for me. High quality. Workers professional and courteous. High quality materials. Highly recommend.
