Called the main Hillsbourough County phone number just before Noon on 6-29-2012. Explained the problem I was having. The CSR let me know that someone could be out between 1:00pm and 4:00pm today, I said Wow, that would be great. Eddie arrived at 2:00pm, called before he arrived to let me know when he would be arriving. Once here, put coverings on his shoes showing respect for the interior of my home. Took a look at the underneith of the sink area, took a picture of the situation and then advised me accordingly. The shut off valves were leaking, they needed to have the nuts thightened, over the years they became loose and in turn wound up leaking, hard to detect by myself, but Eddie was able to see the problem right away. Eddie let me know exactly what the pricing would be along with the $25.00 dollar Angie's List Coupon, signed paperwork to authorize Eddie to perform the work. Performed his work efficiently and professionaly, cleaned up after himself, left the work area cleaner then when he arrived. Processed my payment promptly. The whole plumbing experience from initial call to completion of the job was just under 4 hours, considering how quickly The Pampering Plumber was able to have someone come out on a Friday afternoon, was very impressed. Initally I thought the price was a bit high for what Eddie did, but considering how quickly we were taken care of, it was reasonable. I would definitely recommend The Pampering Plumber to anyone and would use them again in the future. Thanks Pampering Plumber.

Plumber arrived within 2 hours of my phone call and worked hard to get the job done. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything from cost to what he was doing. Good service experience, I will use them again for other plumbing concerns.

Called, when on the way, showed up on day and time scheduled. Provided information on possible other items I may want to consider in future.

I scheduled appointment online (very easy) - plumber came out on time, fixed shower, gave us broken part with 800 # for manufacturer since part is under warranty. I had a $25 off coupon from Angie's list so the total was only $175. I highly recommend this company. They were very professional and friendly.

normally I would replace the cartridge myself but it is an old and mfg. discontinued unit and I couldn't find the conversion part number..glad I didn't do it myself because old cartridge did not want to come out , and the job was done for less than the quoted price.Eddie was very clean,on time, and a pleasant person to talk to.My whole experience with Pampering plumbers on the phone and in person was excellent.

I give them an A rating but I wasn't to happy with the price because the garbage disposal was only $199.00 and the rest was labor. I am not sure if I would use them again but I don't think so.

Had an emergency situation due to blocked drain in master bath. What a mess! Of course, I went right to Angie's List, and made the call. Eric was at my house within a few hours. He worked diligently snaking two vents to unclog the stoppage. He also unstopped one of the bathroom sinks. Eric was very professional, and I definetly will use this company again. I also appreciated the follow up call and note from the company.

the plumber was professional and punctual. The issue is they are 30% higher. I was in a bind, so I contracted with them, but I knew, for example, what other companies charged to install my water softener. They were totally out of line. I can only believe that they were significantly higher to plumb my sink, but I had to get it done and didn't have the time to call around.

The plumber was to come between 2-5 in the afternoon but he caiied and said he was in the area so he can come and fix my toilet if we want to way ahead of the scheduled time. We were delighted. He came around 10 am and fixed everything in no time which free us for all the afternoon. The plumber Eddie was very polite and friendly. We are very pleased with the service.

They were very good and very pleasant. They were very prompt throughout the entire job. He did his job and was very thorough~ they double-checked all their work! They wore slip covers over their shoes to prevent dirtying my carpet and floors, which I thought was very thoughtful!

They were also the original plumbers who did all of the plumbing at my home when I purchased it. They did a really good job on the project and their price was fair. I went to their office and spoke with a representative who helped me set up all of the arrangements. They showed up to the appointment on time and they were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I also plan to hire them for a possible hot water heater project in the future.

Eric was very good and did a great job. He put on the booties to cover his shoes before coming in the house. I called him on a Thursday and the following Monday the job was complete.

The technician called to let me know he was coming, arrived on time, did the work quickly, and did a great job.

The service man was polite, tidy and reviewed cost prior to performing service. I phoned the compnay thinking that they would come out in a few days and they were able to come out within a few hours!!!

I had the same plumber from Pampered Plumber show up and he did an excellent job. Part of the faucet I had purchased was faulty, and he unclogged the shower drain while I went and got new pieces. Excellent work!

Arrived at the house as scheduled. Professional service in every way. Went out of his way to clearly explain what was happening and what needed to be done. Took the time to do the job right. Worked straight through without a break. Was in the process of getting estimates for a water softener at the time the leak developed. Decided to go with what they were offering, liked the idea of a separate user replaceable carbon filter. Will use this company again.

They arrived when they said they were going to arrive.

My water heater, which I've had for 17 years, began leaking and was making a mess of my garage. My shutoff valve wasn't completely shutting off the water flow, because it was corroded. I phoned the Pampering Plumber, and they scheduled an appointment right away. On the phone, they explained the type and brands of heaters that they carry. I was hoping for an A. O. Smith heater, and that's what they brought out. When Eric arrived, he measured and discovered that the replacement heater was taller than my previous unit. He told me the cost estimate, and it was exactly what I had been told over the phone. This was the exact amount that I ended up paying, except they did apply the Angie's List coupon, which reduced the total from what was quoted. Eric was knowledgeable and efficient. He had the new unit installed, including adding to the pipes to allow for the extra height, within two hours. He also installed a ball-type cutoff valve, which will be much better than my previous valve. Overall, my experience with this company was excellent - prompt, courteous, efficient service. The only issue I have, is that they're located pretty far away, so they would probably not travel to my area for a simple plumbing job. That's too bad, but I will definitely try to get them back for any future plumbing needs that I might have.

Set up an appointment online. I was called the next day to confirm that's the day and time I wanted. Plumber called the evening before to see if time was still okay and telll me he would be here at 0800. At 0800 the day of service he was here on time. He was nice, clean uniform,polite and very professional. Had three areas of concern - he examined each one, told me what he thought needed to be done (or not), checked to see if he had the correct supplies on the truck (he did), gave me a written estimate. He was patient while I called the homeowner to get approval of the work and got her billing information. After she okayed repairs, he began work. In less than an hour he haddoneall of the examination, estimate and installed a new garbage disposal Love the ease of making an appointment online, love the availability of Saturday appointments (don't have to miss time from work) and the politeness of both employees I talked with. Would DEFINITELY recommend them !

I would say that it was the most professional company I have used in years. I will continue to use them in the future.

Called the pampering plumber and they answered right away. My 20 year old water heater had a slow leak so it was not urgent but they said they could be out the next day in the afternoon. I knew it needed to be replaced not fixed so provided the details of the water heater so they could bring one with them. They did say there was a $59 trip charge if they didn't do any work - but the charge was waived if they did. The next morning they called back and said they could come earlier. Eric came with the water heater and gave an estimate of water heater and labor for around $650 (same price as Sears). I agreed but explained that I wanted some additional work done as my main water shut off valve was behind the water heater where I could not reach it. I wanted the main valve moved to a more accessible location so that I would be able to reach it in case of an emergency. This was going to be an additional $160 but I did want it done (and basically you'd only do this when you had to move the water heater - so it was really the only time it made sense to do this). Eric installed the new water heater- removed the old one and moved the main water shut off valve to a more accessible location. I also mentioned my dishwasher was not always draining well and had some odor and he installed a high loop for the dishwasher. The total for all these services came to $850 which seemed in line with other prices I'd been quoted. I will also say that Eric worked from 11- 3 so I felt for all the time spent the price was very reasonable. They installed a Bradford White water heater. The pampering plumber sent a nice follow up note and left a bar of home made soap as well. All in all everything went very smoothly and everyone was polite and a pleasure to deal with. I would definately recommend them.

It was an excellent experience. The technician arrived at the appointed time and finished in an appropriate amount of time. He was dressed in a clean uniform and wore paper booties over his work shoes to protect the wood floors.
