We went to the showroom and looked at their samples, picked one out and then requested that they install the carpet and new baseboards in our master bedroom. We dealt with a salesman named Wayne. Had to give them half up front as a deposit. We had to wait for a while (over a week) for the carpet to arrive, but when it finally did nobody called us, we had to call them and ask about it. Set up an installation date with their head installer. Turns out it wasn't him who ended up doing the installation, but a guy named Ed. The day finally comes and Ed showed up to install the carpet by himself, over an hour late I might add. My wife took the day off to be home so he could do this installation and he took nearly all day to do the installation. After finally getting the carpet installed, instead of finishing the job, Ed decides he needs to go be with a member of his family that was in the hospital. I asked him to go get the wood he needed to complete the baseboard installation and he refused and left. He said he would come back on Saturday to finish and he did, but did not complete the baseboards (he ran out of wood). He then decided that after 2 days he'd done enough and was going back the hospital. I understand when you have a loved one in the hospital, but this is not my concern. This guy's work ethic was the poorest I've seen. I contacted the office and told them what was going on and they contacted the installation manager who said they would have someone over to finish the installation. Ed called me and we planned on another late afternoon, I think it was a Monday. Ed never showed up and never called or texted. I was then contacted by the installation manager again, who was disappointed Ed never showed up and said he would call me back. Guess what, he never did. At this point I was frustrated that I had given them 2 days to finished this project but was still not finished. I ended up giving up and finding the baseboard at Lowe's myself and paying more money to finish something I already paid for. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING HIRING THIS COMPANY-- do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You are opening the door to a HUGE headache and a massive amount of BS excuses and runaround. Pay more if you have to, just don't waste your time hiring these people for anything. They simply do not care about their customers and never called me to see if everything got installed. I was beyond patient with these people and they treated us like dirt. I would not set foot in this business again, other than to give them a piece of my mind. This place sucks, take your business somewhere else!
