We hired Dan to remodel our very small kitchen and were given a quote. Next time back, the price had gone up. Regardless, we agreed and left for the entire month of March after giving Dan the key to our house. We were told that everything should be done when we got back with the exception of maybe the backsplash. When we got back on March 31st, our kitchen had been painted, the electrical done, and they were starting the floor. No cabinets, no appliances, no sink, etc. Our neighbors told us that during the entire month, there had been workers there five or six days. Over the course of the next four months, our kitchen got finished. We had to call or text Dan constantly asking when he was going to send his people out here to work on the kitchen. Upon completion in latter July, there was no final walk through, nor was I given a final receipt for payment as I had asked .

The crew did an excellent job, the foreman Kevin is a pleasure to work with, he knows his business and runs a tight ship.

Great group of people. Gave me an estimate, stuck to it, showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job. The workers were polite, they cleaned up after themselves and left the work site better than when they arrived. Asked them to look at something else while they were there, and they fixed it without even asking..... Will definitely use them again for repairs and renovations. Highly recommended.

he had a contractor do the tile work. guy was very good and paid attention to detail. we had subway tile put in as a kitchen backsplash and he was precise with measurements and installation. i would have preferred just a little better clean up, but then i am picky. by that, i mean i found various spots on the tile floor where he had spilled the adhesive used to put up the subway tiles. dan had given us a quote months ago and stuck with that quote, which made us very happy. he will be back to do other projects. i gave the company high marks, but i would not want the 2nd sub-contractor dan had come in to do the grouting. he got a phone call & within 15 mins or so packed up and left and said he'd see us tomorrow. no explanation. i had to call company owner, dan, and ask what was going on. said the guy got sick. i have my doubts. the guy came back the next day and when he was through what a clean-up job i had to do. i expected some mess, but there was grout on my refrigerator, the handle on my stove, the handle on my dishwasher and the handle on my microwave. the sink was a MESS as he cleaned his hands and/or something else and did not clean it. PLUS, there were water/grout splashes on every white, base cabinet doors. waaayyyy too much cleanup. i was very frustrated. i've never had a contractor be so lax with cleanup. argh!
