Worst experience ever! The truck wasn’t loaded until well into late evening. Next day delivery was agreed up, but again it was late into the evening. I’m missing two boxes of clothes as well as furniture. Communication was poor as I didn’t know another load was placed into the same truck as my items, so I am guessing the other folks have my things. The customer service rep wasn’t very pleasant about my complaints about the movers being so late. She said to me “shame on you” because I wanted an earlier delivery time than late evening. The movers didn’t even follow through on getting articles upstairs as they were paid extra to do. Ive moved several times the past few years, and never had a moving company take my money and then tell me, the customer, what they are willing to do. They did very little to accommodate me, I feel like I was pushed around by them and their rules/policy which is NOT customer friendly.
