Mark and his crew always does excellent work for us and I would not think of hiring anyone else. Always prompt, courteous, and does great work. He will do his best to get to you as soon as possible and works quickly and does not leave a mess. They have done several things for us in the past and I have always been pleased.

The repairman carefully removed the brick to gain access to where the leak was and then replaced the copper in-line with much care. I have used Elliotts for years and they come as soon as possible and always do a great job!

I woke up on Monday morning to find that my sewer line had backed up over night. I had a real mess with sewage on my floors and tub. I looked on Angie's list and found Elliott Plumbing. I call them and they were here with in two hours. I can tell you this was a great choice. The Technician found the clean out for my drain and had it cleared in no time. He was very professional and did a great job. If I ever need a plumber again I know I will use their services. Thanks for a great job.

They are very good. Their work is excellent. They've done a lot of different things in my house in the past. This was a major job and they did a very nice job on it. I went down after they had done some of the plumbing but hadn't completed it. What I saw they had done I was very happy with it. I had to get back to New York. I will be going back down in about a week. The price was standard. It was too high and it wasn't low. They got right to what I needed done and got it done.

I contacted Elliot plumbing on Thursday afternoon to get our hot water heater replaced. It took a couple hours for them to reply to my phone call, but when they did, they were extremely helpful. They told me It'd be cheaper to purchase a new heater myself then to have them purchase for me. They said they were busy with another job on Friday, but would try to get out that afternoon. They showed up mid-morning and completed the job on Friday morning, earlier than expected. The technician quickly performed a high quality installation for the exact estimate quoted over the phone. Excellent, professional service at a reasonable cost!

My hot water heater starting leaking on the 4th of July; I left a message on Mr. Elliott's voicemail asking him to call me as soon as possible, but not an emergency. He called me the morning of July 5th, we discussed the issues and he advised me which hot water heater to purchase myself to save some money, and, after I asked him for a recommendation, a reputable plumbing supply house to do so. The business he recommended was extremely professional, knew what I needed, and even delivered the hot water heater to my home in the rain when they were closing early for the holiday and I couldn't get there due to my work schedule. I really appreciated that Elliott Plumbing told me they could bring everything or I could save myself some money by providing the heater, which I was happy to do - all it took was a phone call on my part. Mr. Elliott called me Friday afternoon to advise when he would be at my home on Saturday morning, July 6th, and he was 25 minutes early! He completed the job in record time and then replaced a tub faucet that was giving me problems and repaired a toilet (all within two hours). Elliott Plumbing provided excellent service, professional courtesy and reasonable rates - I will definitely call him again with any plumbing issue and would recommend him to anyone who asks for a professional plumber!

Given its age, the hot water heater had a slow leak & sediment buildup. The new Rheem is 47 gallons, & having enough hot water for 2 showers is a joy! Am still in awe concerning one man doing the kind of lifting required, but Elliott did it all with professionalism & good humor. From now on, they will get all my plumbing business!

There was evidence of a leak coming from inside the wall. Base boards in the hallway and the bathroom were warped and the bottom part of the vanity. So I checked Angie's list and found Elliot plumbing services with the most reviews and very high rated. So I gave them a call and made a appointment to come in on the following day at noon. Mark was on time and went right to work. I was pretty worried that the leak was so far deep in the slab that he would have to break into the tile floors to repair it, but Mark was able to find the leak about two feet under the concrete. The only damage done was a access hole in the drywall and a hole in the slab in between the wall. I had a bunch of questions about plumbing and the repair and he politely answered all of them. Mark did a great job locating and repairing the leak, and he did it fast! It took about 2.5 hrs from time he got to my front door to the time he got done cleaning up. If I ever have another plumbing problem again, I would not hesitate to give them a call again.

Very thankful for the services provided. This was a simple do-it-yourself shower valve replacement that turned in to a broken copper manifold. They told me where to go to get the part and once I had it in hand they would come over at any time of the evening to repair it. They offered to get the part for me also, however they were on a project and would not make it to the supplier before closing time to get it for me. So they sent me after the part, which I was more than happy to do. Very professional service.

They got 10 different items taken care of in about an hour and a half. I would give them an A.

Mark finished his previously scheduled appointments earlier than expected and gratefully showed up before scheduled time. He accessed our kitchen sink's slow drainage. Explained in thorough detail with the layout of our drainage system and what he would do to clear any back up. Our sink is in the center of the house, below a second story...so identifying which vent pipe out of 7 was the proper one would be time consuming, he asked if we wouldn't mind if he snaked it directly from the sink line and explained how messy it could be...we were all for efficiency so we tarped the sink area and floors. Mark supplied towels and extra buckets. It was no issue at all. The snake was immediately successful and no big mess. We could tell Mark was very concientious and considerate of the task at hand, not just of his immediate work area but also how it would affect the surrounding area. This type of customer service is a treasured find.

Mark showed up a little early and got right to work. He did a complete job and gave us some good advice on what we could put down the disposal. We also had him look at our bathrooms because we will upgrade them either this year or next year. He said he does that work. There were also other workers he recommended to us because we have other work to do on our house. He was really helpful.

Mr. Elliott arrived on time and immediately started work on the project. He let me know that because of the cabinet placement, the pipe for that vanity would have to be moved over. He explained and showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. Once the job was completed, he cleaned up the area and presented me with the bill. We've been using Elliott Plumbing since before Angie's List when we moved here about 20 years ago. I never bother to call anyone else.

Mark came out of Friday the 3rd and diagnosed the problem with the old water heater. It was leaking. Some water got into the top circuit panel (for lack of a better term) and there was some rusted connections to the house water supply. Mark said could repair the water heater for approximately $150 and have a rusty water heater or replace it for an approximate total charge of a little over $500 (including the cost of the water heater which I would purchase on my own). Since this is a rental property and I do not want to run into the issue again I decided to replace the water heater. I purchased the 40 gallon electric water heater in Ft. Walton Beach for $250. Mark came out Saturday and installed the new water heater and hauled off the old water heater as well as the cardboard box for the new water heater. He estimated it would take approximately 2 hours and took a little over one and a half hours. My tenant will have hot water when he comes back from his deployment. Yea! One last thing. Mark contacted the store where I purchased the water heater to verify the dimensions prior to my purchasing the heater.

The plumber arrived and surveyed our needs. Then, because he didn't want to do a "rush" job, he arranged to return on the weekend. He returned as promised and the work was completed. I am very happy with the workmanship and the professional job that was done by Elliott's.

I called and told them what I needed done (replace flange and install toilet) and they gave me an estimate. He came out the next day, on time, and replaced the flange and installed the new toilet. The cost was the same as the estimate I was given. He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professionable. Would definately use them again.

Elliott was one of three bids. The job required changing from well water to new county water main line, also to install a water service line for my RV and had to go under the house that is off ground. I also had a 3" sewer dump station to septic tank for the RV installed. Elliott plumbing went far beyond what was required for the job. The workers were very respectful and suggested changes to my plan that was far better than I had planned. When I received the bill it was below bided price settled on. I highley recommend this company for your pluming work.
