The situation was not as serious as we thought. I was only charged the house call fee. I liked the fact that the Company is local and they responded quickly.

The experience was first rate from the start. Rudisill Electric is a family owned and operated company and the the attention to detail was apparent from the start. Barbara handles the scheduling, responded to inquiries, and called back promptly when needed. Rick was on time EVERY TIME. He was patient with us as we walked through the project and made great recommendations along the way. Everything was explained during the work so there were no surprises at the end and we came in under budget! We contracted all of the different services out ourselves for our full kitchen renovation and Rudisill was far and away our best selection. If you are considering any electrical for your home, there is no question that you should give Rick and Barbara a call. There is no question who will assisting us with our next projects. Extremely professional job. Installation was quick and efficient including the drywall repair which was needed to access the bathroom. I have had bad experiences with electricians who would give me a great price but not install the correct wire to code. You will receive the best price and an outstanding job from Rick Rudisill.

Dim switch not working in bathroom. Called Rudisill. He was booked for a week. Called me an hour later and would be able to fit me in that day. He had done work before in my house and remembered and asked about my kids and father, etc. Great guy. Knows what he's doing. Gave me a discount and would not except a tip. It's always a treat to meet people like him.

My power went out due to a lightning strike and came back on a few hours later. However, I could not figure out why my AC and certain large expensive appliances would not work. I called Rick and he figured out that the voltage coming in the house was not powerful enough and that it was an issue with Teco. He even got on the phone and talked to Teco to explain the issue. To boot he called the next day to see if everything was working?.What more can you say? Additionally, he came back and installed surge protectors on the A/C and Fuse box for literally half what the AC company would do it for. The guy is a total class act and super honest.

Arrived when scheduled. Located troble spot within minutes. Rick is very knowledgeable and personable. He had to dig up a shorted underground wire and replace it with thirty feet of wire in electrical conduit and rewire at both ends. Dug up and replaced sod. We have water again!

Also diagnosed the problem with my sprinklers.

Rick came at the time he said he would. He replaced the light with one that uses the same bulbs as the other lights even though it took him some time to find it, he did not give up.

Absolutely Amazing! I have never experienced an electrician work as hard as Rick Rudisill works. From the initial contact with Barbara (who was extremely polite and very receptive) to the actual expert installation by Rick, this project went very smooth. No surprises. A new 220 line was run from the service panel to where a wall oven is to be installed. A dedicated 110 line for a high powered microwave was also run. An addition of a 3-way switch was added to the already existing kitchen lighting. 6 new lighting fixtures were installed to replace existing fixtures. 3 new wall receptacles were installed and one moved. 2 new exterior GFI receptacles were installed. All this and the required number of new circuit breakers installed in the existing service panel. I can't say enough about Rudisill Electric, Inc. Outstanding customer service, extremely polite and professional with superior knowledge. There is no question, If ever I need an electrician, I will ONLY call on Rick & Barbara Rudisill.

The electrician showed up on time and explained the fees for a service call. After showing him the problem, he searched and found the switch that needing to be reset and explained how these switches work in comparison to circuit breakers. In addition, he reviewed the guidelines for attaching electrical cords to outlets to ensure I had not created potential fire hazards.

He was very polite. He had free time on a Sunday and asked if it would be ok to do the owrk then. I will definitely use him again. Thanks for being reliable.

Rick arrived withing the expected window and got right to work. Thanks to his expertise and experience, he found and corrected a problem with the wiring in one of our outlets that I never would never have known to look for. His troubleshooting and correction of our failed electrical circuit was worth every penny of his visit. In addition to correcting the failed circuit, Rick also installed an hanging exterior light over our front door. This was no small task as the ceiling is 15 ft above ground, required the removal of an exterior pot light, and required moving the box to correctly center the light over our front entrance. Rick spent about three hours on our job, fully explained everything he did, and was courteous and respectful to my wife throughout. If we have any electrical needs in the future, we'll call Rick first.

Rick and his wife worked as a team from the first moment we called to arrange for the lighting and wiring work. They always took or promptly returned our calls, showed up and completed the work on time. Their suggestions were fresh and worked out perfectly. The workmanship was of the highest order and reliability. The most impressive part of the experience for me however was their openness friendliness, and integrity. I give them the highest recommendation.

I liked they stayed as long as the job took. They were happy to try and get it right. They ended up charging me a little bit less than what they normally charge for the deal, because the house was made a little differently than they originally expected. They didn't come back and say it took longer so they were going to charge me more. What I didn't like is they didn't ask enough questions up front about the home that they were going into. There were things that we would have done differently. They didn't ask the right questions in the beginning. they did a good job in the end. They are definitely someone to call just make sure you go over in depth what your looking for and your type of home, so that you get the proper equipment or know what to change.

Rick was a pleasure to have in my home. He was professional and very polite. His wife even brought over a latte for Rick and myself! The lights are beautiful and make such a difference in updating the kitchen and laundry room. Will definitely have Rick continue with the electrical work for the rennovation that is underway.

You will not be disappointed if you hire Rick. Just look at his reviews. He was amazing! Rick is smart, polite, professional and hard working. He is kind beyond words. Because I had so many small jobs, he assessed what I wanted first (I had a list) in order to make the best use of his time. He could charge by the job or by the hour, and said it would be most economical by the hour with these little jobs. I had been saving them up hoping to find the right electrician - I did. He let me help put the fan together once he got it hung, supports on blades, bulbs, shades, etc. Certainly not for everyone, but since I am handy it allowed him to get started on the next electrical job. He was always cognizant of the time and of working efficiently. He is so honest. He brought his own 5 gal. can, dust pan and brush, and cleaned up after each job. He explained things while he was working, I was obviously interested... I learned so much. I tried, but I couldn't think of one negative thing about this guy. I have total confidence in his work.

I had called a few electricians for a quote and became frustrated. Once they would find out that the job I had was small they would never bother to call back. But then, I found Rudisill whose website specifically stated "no job too small". So I put their promise to the test and gave them a call. I had to leave amessage and unfortunately had to play a little phone tag with Barbara (due only to my busy schedule). But, Barbara, who is wonderful by the way, went out of her way to make sure she'd get me on the phone and called me on a Saturday. I told her the work to be done and the appointment was made for just 2 days later. Rick arrived at the house as scheduled and got all my little electrical jobs done quickly but with excellent quality of work. I absolutely will use Rudisill Electric again!
