Description of Work: After the bad experience reviewed earlier, the owner of the company followed up in a very professional way , apologized for the problem which was apparently caused by the ineptness of a hired technician who did not communicate to the owner and was terminated. A full reimbursement was made. The owner of this company was very diligent and responsive and this was I believe an anomaly in service which was fairly resolved. I believe good service will be provided by this small business whose owner is dedicated to good quality and prompt service. His response and handling is highly unusual in this day and age!

Description of Work: They installed a whole house surge protector, 2 ceiling fans, an outdoor light and a smoke detector. They are to install a track light in the kitchen but the two lights I bought at Lowes had shorts and I had to take them back. Still looking for a track light for them to install.
