Description of Work: We have an annual contract for service. If problems arise we just call our service rep, George, he's there same day or next day at the latest. Highly recommend them for pest control.

Description of Work: In February they treated the inside of the house. Gave us notice by mail and arrived on time. We still have occasional bug problems but this is Florida. I'm sure it would be much worse without their service.

Description of Work: I signed up with them for a years worth of service last year. I had several persistant infestations of ghost ants during the summer and they were tenacious about getting them while using the fewest chemicals. They were successful in both eliminating them and helping me figure out what I can do to keep them from coming back.

Description of Work: We have a service contract with Truly Nolen and have had for the past 11 years. They are very responsive when we need their services. Always send the same technician which is such a plus. He knows our house and our needs. |They come out and service several times a year but also come whenever we call.

Description of Work: Treated outside around house to control insects and other pests. This service is provided quarterly. In addition, the inside of the house is treated annually. I have been using their services for approximately 15 years and have not had any problems with insects or other pests. I have been very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: Truly Nolan is a Truly No-Hassle service provider. They send out a card about 3 days before a scheduled service date, giving me time to cancel or reschedule, and they give a two-hour time window so I don't have to stay home all day waiting. The representatives are well trained and well informed and answer all my questions. This company and its service corps are really a pleasure to deal with.
