When the correct mulch was finally available, Pink & Green completed the project and waived the cost of the additional mulch needed and also topped off the previous mulched areas free of charge. It was an example of the company's emphasis on both excellent customer service and attention to quality.

Showed up on time, and did what we asked! When we had a minor issue, they came back and fixed it without complaints or any extra charges.

Pink and Green Lawn Care and Landscaping did an amazing job! The staff arrived on time and worked a long 8-hour day in the sun to make sure the backyard looked great. They sought my opinion on certain specifics (i.e. adding rocks to one part of the fence to make sure the neighbor's dog couldn't give a hole). I also felt the price was very great for the amount of labor and plants that were included.

They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

We will hire him again for designing our front yard soon.

It looks beautiful! The Pink and Green company do all of our landscaping, weed control and trim our trees. They are the best from the price to the finished job!

P&G is an excellent lawn care and landscaping company. The work they do is top notch.

He planted some ground orchids and he said they would bloom. I kept watering them and they never did. The ground orchids did not work at all, ever. They were in two different spots too, two different areas. Once they got started they got it all in, they had good people. He didn't really get back to me very quickly though when I texted or called. Once they got started, they were punctual. I think they were very professional except for not getting back to me. We might have done something extra so there might have been additional charges.

I called them on March 24, 2017 based on the high number of reviews on Angies List. My first impression when calling them was that they had a person very unqualified to handle scheduling. The woman was very nice but simply incapable of understanding a basic request to have someone come out and give an estimate. After repeatedly having to state my name, and what services I wanted at least 4 times, I was about to hang up. The only reason I stayed on was that she was very nice and appeared to be trying hard but she simply should not be handling calls with the public. Finally it appeared she understood what was needed, got my name correct, and took down my information. She called back to schedule an appointment for Saturday, 8:30am on 3/25/17. I said are you sure they will come out on a Saturday so early and she told me the person coming out was the field supervisor,he gets up at 5am every day, and confirmed he is coming out at 8:30am on Saturday. It is now 9:10am and no one has shown up or even phoned. I called the office to inquire if everything is ok and what the situation is, but they are closed. Should have gone with my gut feeling based on the phone call and simply moved on to another lawn service. I can not rate the quality of their actual work, only how they treat people and their reliability or lack thereof. I realize this is typical of many contractors in the area which is why I like Angies List. There is a reason they have over 30 reviews of "F". If this is how they treat new customers, there are many other lawn / landscape services that offer excellent customer service to choose from. I would NOT recommend them.

Very well - we had a problem with one kind of plant that died shortly after having been planted, and they brought new ones at no charge.

The company was responsive, and had someone out to look everything over right away. They gave a reasonable price, and came out right away to do the work. It turns out that the sprinkler line got damaged during the debris removal, and it caused a huge water bill because of the leak. Jennifer from Pink and Green got a sprinkler repair person out right away to fix the problem. Additionally, she worked with me and the city on obtaining a credit for the leak. The city only credited part of the bill to my account, so to make up for it, Pink and Green provided additional landscaping services to make up for the difference. Additionally, they were patient and professional the whole time (and it was a long time - because it took the city a few months to finally process the leak credit). So, the issue was not that something happened - but how they dealt with it - and Pink and Green really stepped up, and made sure that everyone was satisfied with the resolution of the situation. It is this level of professionalism that will keep me as a Pink and Green customer from here on out. 10/10, would highly recommend.

GREAT, It is very hard to find a company, that calls back. I love Pink and Green .They call you back, explain things to you and even help when they cant. I was away recently and heard that there was a snake in my yard. I called Pink to see if they handle this, they do not, but they gave me a number to a service that does. They are always there to help out. GREAT COMPANY

I love this company! I started off hiring them just for the basic lawn service but then i discovered they do so much more! The lawn fertilization program is especially great n got my lawn to look plush n green again. I added some beatiful plants and a fountain to my backyard and i cant say how happy i am with the work!

I asked for a quote via their website contact form. Someone called that afternoon to confirm name, address, phone number and email, and the next day a company representative duly came out. We gave him a written list of what we were looking for and my wife also showed him each area and detailed the work required. He said he would email the quote later that afternoon. Never happened. I contacted again via the website. No response. I emailed again via the contact address on their website so I could be sure they had my correct email address. Again, no response. I think three attempts to get an answer on my part was more than fair, it's all very strange. If you did not want the work, fair enough, just let the potential customer know...takes about 20 seconds to email or call. Who knew it would be so difficult to find a landscape company?
