Jeff at Lake Erie was very professional and easy to work with. The crew that came to my home did an excellent job. They were there nearly all day on a hot day 95+ and simply got the job done. Highly recommend.

Their rep showed up on time to review my problem. He did not leave a written estimate. I was given a time when the workmen would show up, but they didn't come until 2 weeks later. I called several times to find out what was going on and if they still wanted my job, but didn't get a response until after the third call left on a machine. They finally showed up and did a good job. I don't regret hiring them, but it was a stressful experience to get them to my home. I almost called another company because I thought Lake Erie wasn't ever going to show up.

The charged me $200 to fix a nail that busted loose on my flashing. They applied some silicone caulk and sprayed a hose. The leak was fixed, but they were there for maybe 45 mins. I don't mind paying whatever it takes if it's fair, but this was not an emergency and the cost seemed a bit excessive.

I am waiting to see if it passes inspection before getting too anxious about giving it a good or higher rating. The cement maybe should have had some color added to it. Cleveland Heights may find it too white or too much on the bricks. In that case I will not be happy at all.

The owner himself showed up quickly to provide an estimate for the work, the scope of which was confirmed by another contractor. The crew completed the work quickly and efficiently - start to finish the process took less than 2 days, even in bad weather. I added them to my contacts for future work.

Jeffrey (and his team) was very professional and completed the work in the time frame that we requested. My house is in Cleveland although I live out of the country and he was very responsive to making the process of repairing my roof and siding easy for me. I also appreciated his quick responses to emails. I would definitely recommend Jeffrey and his team - they did a great job!! I look forward to working with him again in the future!
