Completed the project correctly, and in a timely manner.

Two days after a gutter was replaced it leaked. Also, my gutters are still dirty. I did call and waiting for them to rectify the situation.

They came out and were originally giving an estimate on cleaning the gutters but then they said they could take care of the roof repairs that I needed done and that they could do it right than and there since we had the shingles. The workers were very polite. They gave me an estimate on the spot, I like how I didn't have to wait for the estimate.

Person who did the work was on time, friendly, and competent. The shingles being replaced were old, and I was surprised that they were able to come up with an exact match from materials they had on hand. I felt price for work was reasonable.

They have a great and very professional crew and I gave them more work to do.

Started off rocky with owner of the company and communication. His crew was good at what they did and communicated well with us. Punctuality wasn't key for this company. After they leveled the yard and it settled it was clear they didn't compact dirt where tree stumps were removed and we have sink holes and an unlevel yard because of it. We had 19 trees removed and atleast 19 low spots in the yard where we have mini lakes. I know it takes time for a yard to settle but it was obvious the dirt wasn't compacted properly into the holes. Now we have to level the yard ourselves again next yr and hope it turns out better.

I had a couple tabs that were damaged from a storm. The crew came out and repaired them and I can't tell which ones they fixed. The price they charged was reasonable to me.
