Jeff from Lake Erie was a great salesman but never did the work that was hired to do, complete waste of money and never responded to numerous calls and emails to come and repair the roof work which was done very poorly. All the leaks and roof repairs and sealing was never done, all are the same as before. We will be sending a demand letter for full reimbursement and proceed with legal action is not refunded. Do Not Recommend

Jeff gave us an estimate withing 48 hours of my request on Home Advisors. His quote was considerably less than a quote I received from another roofer. His crew was at our house a week later and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I definitely would recommend.

We connected with Lake Erie Roofing through HomeAdvisor after we were quoted a large amount of money for a shingle repair job on a roof a home we just purchased. We submitted the project to HomeAdvisor, and were contacted almost immediately by Jeffrey who agreed to fix our roof for a fraction of the price of the other roofer we had been speaking with. Furthermore, when we mentioned to Jeffrey we were in a rush to get the roof fixed QUICKLY, he told us he could have somebody there in 2 days to fix the roof. True to his word, a great roofer showed up just 2 days later, precisely at the scheduled time, was VERY polite, and did an absolutely stellar job with the roof repair, actually answering questions for me as he was working. I'm one of those homeowners who asks 1,000,000 questions as companies work for us, since i'm an obsessive learner. The roofer Jeffrey sent to fix our roof answered every question in stride and completely contently. I couldn't possibly be happier with the quality and thoroughness of their work, and also their VERY fair pricing that they gave us. I'd recommend them without hesitation to anybody.

I hired them to maintain a lawn for a rental property we own in another state. I was told repeatedly that they were cutting it. I contacted frequently to receive a bill. Never got one. As far as I can tell they were not maintaining the lawn. If you're not going to maintain it, or bill me, don't tell me you are. I live in another state.
