As soon as I submitted the vendor name on Home Advisor website I received a phone call from Lake Erie Roofing and Construction. Within minutes I had an appointment for two days later and an approximate estimate of cost. (I had supplied the gutter lineal feet, height from ground and number of downspouts.) The owner and a helper arrived on time and performed the gutter cleaning in good order. The gutters were flushed to be sure all downspouts were running properly, and the general condition of the roof was checked. The final bill was 20% lower than the original estimate. All gutter residue was cleaned up and the premises looked as if no one had been there. The workers were polite and friendly.

I had my estimate same day. They started the job within a week of me accepting the estimate. Work was completed in 2 days and did not go ever the estimate.

Did a complete tear off including some of the water damaged sheathing. Installed new sheathing and new flat roofing material. Done in a timely manner, cleaned up and disposed of all removed material.

very friendly and on time when stated, so far we haven't had a problem but it hasn't rained or snowed since we had the work done. finished the job in one day and told us to call if there was any problem. He seemed very knowledgeable and fair. He did say he would have a ceiling man call me, but we never heard from anyone.

They were very professional, and nice.. And they came very quickly to fix the roof problem. I feel very at ease that if anything happens to my roof during a weather storm they will be there fast to repair. They are the only ones I will call.
