Fantastic overall experience and company to work with (every department) from day 1 to completion! Great communication, professional, fully engaged, very reasonable w/ a sublime end result! Originally, had mid 70s windows that were pretty busted. Now, all 4 windows look and feel vibrant, fully rejuvenated/modern and super sturdy! Initially, spoke to the Assistant VP of Sales, Terry. After spending months getting estimates from other companies and running into one shady hurdle after the next finally connected with Terry. Couldn't have been more empathetic and truly went above & beyond to put me at ease after those previous bad experiences. Had an instant good rapport (key for me). Everything she assured me of met or exceeded! My lead technician/contractor, Victor, cranked it out like a rock star! Punctual, highly competent, laser focused (didn't skip a beat) and prompt. Arrived around 9:30 am and completed everything by 3:30! Once they left, my place was close to spotless. Day/night extreme from how things looked prior to their arrival. Extra shout outs to Operations Manager-Jacqueline, HOA Dept. Manager- Tracy, Project Coordinator-Jessenia, and Customer Service Manager- Eric. All very pleasant and fully transparent with every nook and cranny throughout the process, following up etc.. Also, Anthony and Paul who took care of the debris during the instillation. Group of pros fully in sync. Highly recommend!!

Project Manager Daniel , Pedro R. , and assistant Yosvany P. provided excellent quality service. The installation process was done quickly with attention to detail. The best part of the service was their concern for cleanliness at all times. They covered the furniture, took down window blinds, and put them back after the work was completed. The impact front door, sliding doors and windows look great. All the neighbors have come to look at the results of the install. We truly love the work completed and would recommend them to everyone. The Team is Super Professional.

Daniels crew did a very good job. Garden and Israel were very good. Gregg and Brian also did installation earlier in the year on my house they two were very good. Tracey who helped organize everything from the office and kept me fully informed step-by-step was also great. Highly recommend them

This company does an excellent job. They do everything to please the customers and they do excellent work and are very professional job...the workers were very respectful and cleaned up well after the work was completed. We obtained approximately 4 quotes for the hurricane impact windows. Florida solar and air has excellent products and while they were not the cheapest of the quotes we obtained we felt that it was worth the money to have a job well done with quality products. Remember you get what you pay for.

My experience has been very good from the salesperson Patricia who took the time to explain the whole procedure to me, to the installers Alejandro and David who did a great job with Supervisor Daniel, all very well coordinated. Now I am going to make my roof with this same company.

From our dealings with the sales person-Jonathan to the whole team who executed the project: Jesus - the PM, Israel, Gardel, the back-office staff-Lucy, everything was executed flawlessly, quickly, and with the highest degree of professionalism. This company gives me hope that there are still organizations out there who truly value their customers, love what they do and do it to the highest standard. To put a cherry on top: the city inspector, Eric from Fort Lauderdale was extremely professional and honourable-coming and doing intermittent inspections to allow the whole project to conclude from start to finish in 3.5 days.

Everyone at Florida Solar & Air was A+ in all respects. Great workmanship - Greg and Brian, installers - install was efficient and cleanup was minimal. Trash pick up was 100% excellent. Jesus, supervisor, was attentive and visited the job site numerous times, even to follow up at end of installation.

David the installer was professional and kept the area clean. And the project manager Daniel was attentive and kind. The doors are beautiful

Gardel and Israel are fast and clean workers, very careful and mindful of being around your furniture and belongings. Jesus, the project coordinator, is personable and very accommodating, he keeps you informed with everything.

Florida Solar and Air installed my impact windows in Sunrise, Fl. I work two jobs, so I am extremely busy. I don't have time to manage home improvement projects. After the initial consultation where I picked out my windows, I didn't have to do a thing. Their staff handled it all from my HOA approval, to permits with the city, to installation while keeping me updated along the way. Windows look and feel premium. Our project manager, Jesus, went above and beyond.

Fantastic teamwork from day one. Their salesperson, Anthony was very knowledgeable in providing the benefits to options available. Tracy was amazing with the permitting process. Their office staff kept us updated throughout the production process. Installation was done in a very organized manner in order to keep dust to a bare minimum. Hat's off to Brian, David, Greg and Brian. Upon completion, their project manager, David, met with the building inspector and completed what was a overall pleasant experience. With the horror stories you hear about, this was definitely the right choice. Thanks guys

I haven’t had the windows installed yet. They’re on order. But so far this company has provided the best service at the best price. You definitely should give them a call and have Anthony bid your job.

This is the second time I've contracted with Florida Solar & Air, returning for this project as a previously very satisfied customer to replace a "regular" window with a hurricane impact window installation. Project Manager Daniel Younes oversaw the project from start to finish, today meeting here with the City of Coral Gables inspector for the final of three separate required approvals. Danny was at all times responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable, and is backed up administratively by a professional Solar Air staff who kept me updated project progress on a regular basis. Solar Air also installed my hurricane impact sliding glass doors/screens on my balcony. Everything works perfectly and I know I can call them if adjustments are necessary in the future. Extremely professional and service oriented!

The Installers, Carlos and Juan, did a meticulous job. Exceeded our expectations in every respect. There's a sense of teamwork with this company.
