Windows are not yet installed as they're special order and we were advised 8-10 wks. I will update review once install is completed. Experience so far has been great! Lazlo, who was the sales person that came out to do measurements was super professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their pricing was more than fair based on the fact that they promise no additional surprise charges EVER. Company has been responsive and for now install is set to begin on 1/25 which is within the timeframe they promised. Highly recommend them so far.

Fast and Friendly Service. Cost was very high. Installers cracked window, and I had to request that they replace it, it took weeks to reorder. Badly scratched irreplaceable floor tile. I had to request removal of obvious door frame trip bar. Good protection of dust while installation. Expanded English communications would have been nice.

Had hurricane / impact windows and 1 external door Installed about a year ago, they were on time and did a fantastic job. I did have to repair a small area near the door where the stucco cracked next to the upper hinge. In hindsite it may be due to opening and closing the door before the stucco hardened but I am not sure. The cleanup after the project was not as good as it could of been I kept finding debris while mowing the lawns a week later. Overall Very Happy with the TM impact windows, much quieter and my electric bill went down, although I did replace the A/C at the same time.

Good quality of doors. Initially we had a few problems; however, this company sent a really good problem fixer, Brian B. This gentleman fixed the issues and now we can be happy about our purchase. Thank you!

The company followed up on any issues I had to satisfaction.

We only had 2 windows and 2 doors that needed to be replaced on a house we just bought. We had 3 contracted jobs going on at once and somehow this tiny job took far longer than any other. They had wrong parts delivered and the replacement took weeks . Staff never mentioned that the factory took almost a month off work in December and had a long January back up. They didn't turn in the permit application until about a month after we hired them. I'm still cleaning broken glass out of our back yard from their demolition of a tiny bathroom window. The inspector had to do significant work to fix the installation issues (eg. windows getting stuck, doors not shutting all the way) and we still haven't received a screen for one of the windows because it also, "wasn't delivered by the factory, but we'll order it today," (that was weeks ago). This company was a headache, to the point we delayed moving because they didn't finish the job. The windows and doors look nice enough but I would look for a different company next time.

The project included the replacement of 12 windows, patio door and 2 regular doors. The representative and workers always arrived on-time, were very courteous, professional and wanted to insure that you were pleased with their work. The only problem was that the patio door frame and screen were the wrong sizes. The frame was corrected the same day but we have to wait for a new screen to be made. The furniture was moved and/or covered; the cleanup was very good. It took 2 days to complete the project. I would definitely recommend them. Beware that the cost of high impact windows and doors is very expensive.

Purchased a whole house of windows. Dec 28th. Installed Feb 6-7. Very clean and efficient. Very good price. Very positive experience.

Product was very good installation was agonizingly long. I realize we have an old house, but they are in the business and should have realized this. The job promised in one day has taken 4 already and I am sure it can't be completed in 5.

We were amazed as to the commitment of this company. They were right on with their scheduling and there were no delays like with other contractors that make promises just to get you to sign the contract. Excellent excellent customer service. Erika was our sales rep and she was extremely reliable. Alex was committed to us the whole job. Loved them!

I was impressed by their salesperson Joe Mueller. He answered all my questions even before I asked. They were not my lowest estimate but his presentation gave me a level of confidence that made it easy to decide who to go with. The installation crew was very professional and pleasant to work with.

Wonderful presentation by our sales rep. Lazlo Mueller, he was very knowledgeable and offered various options for me to choose from. I needed to install brand new impact-windows for the whole house and pricing was adequate. Project manager Alex Castaneda in charge of the installation was very professional and informative. Him and his crew did an excellent job in a timely manner. Everyone, from customer service to the install crew is very professional. I would recommend this company.

If you are handy and don't have new blinds , furniture, or anything else in your house maybe they will do an o.k. job. The service was OK but the quality which includes the way they treat your current window fixtures was really poor

They were a pleasure to work with, and the communication was exceptional. We love the new windows, and feel much more secure since they were installed.

For the price I received quality windows but for what I paid the installation and finished product, left a lot to be desired. I expected turn key. I had to sand caulking and recaulk. Sand the outside of the frame..prime and paint. My time after they left 4 hours for 2 windows.

Pomptly and reliable

Original project to replace 1 window (including reframing). price came in unexpectedly high and i wasn't going to do it. however, other non related issues forced me to replace a total of 5 windows. went back to them for requote and they sharpened their pencils for a price i thought was very fair. They did good work and were on time for appts and work.Very accommodating. Willing to work with me and explain all issues. If I had actually been on site while work was being completed I'm sure it would have come out perfect.
