They quoted me a start date twice as early as the competition and started on time. Their workers were efficient and explained that I could have my gutters removed without damage and replaced as soon as the job was completed. They cleaned the area around my home completely. The entire process was totally professional!

Lovely experience

The installation was okay, but a permit search on my address shows no record of the window permit nor an inspection which they claim has occurred, and when I reach out to the company, they keep telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about any everything is fine.

We were uncertain which company to go with when choosing Hurricane windows and doors. The sale rep for Florida Solar & Air came out to the house and helped us in understanding the actual products and differences in quality, helped us understand the difference in the types of glass you can choose from, and ultimately made us extremely comfortable in the products we chose for our house. When the installers came to put in the 13 windows, 2 sliders and new garage door, the lead installer said he has the exact same windows in his house and was happy we chose them because of how effective they are and the high quality makes them easier to install, as the frames donâ t bend and warp during installation. I am extremely happy that we chose Florida Solar & Air to help us protect our new home.

Florida Solar and Air installed the impact windows in my condo in mid-December 2021. During the installation it was discovered that incorrect windows had been delivered for my dining room. They had to be reordered with a delivery and installation scheduled for early March 2022. This mistake forced me to take an additional 4 days off from work unpaid to be home in March. In mid-December I began the conversation with the customer service team about receiving compensation for missing 4 additional days of work due to the companys error and was told I would receive such compensation on a gift card once the project was completed. No amount was decided upon at that time. I had multiple conversations with the customer service team between mid-December and early March and each time was told that the amount would be determined upon completion of the project. When the correct windows were installed and the project completed, I was told the amount of compensation for missing 4 additional days of work would be $100, $25 for each missed day of work (the project cost me $35,000). I was not satisfied with that amount so I contacted the president of the company via email on March 30 since the sales representative who signed my contract encouraged me to reach out directly to the president with any concerns. In my email I asked for an additional $400 to make it $125 for each of my missed days of work. As of today, April 20, I still have not received the decency of a response to my email. I find this inaction to be the height of unprofessional behavior. When I spend $35,000 on a home improvement project, I rightfully expect a company to take responsibility when a mistake is made. The president of this company completely dropped the ball on this one.

Pedro did an excellent work and the Manager Daniel was very professional and took care of everything. Even the secretaries in the office were very nice and professional when we spoke on the phone I would reccomend this company without any hesitation. Thank you !!!

When I first started getting quotes for windows, Solar & Air stood out from the get-go. They gave me a timeline of 2-4 months and actually delivered and finished the project well before that. The installation took a total of 5 days and the work was seamless and efficient. The workers and installers were friendly and courteous. Francisco was incredible all throughout the project. And Daniel overseeing it was great and always checking in with us. Truly a great experience which is hard to come by nowadays. I am incredibly grateful for the work and efficiency done. Thanks!

The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Daniel the project manager and Carlos were professional and efficient. They were delightful to have working in our home.

Though we experienced a little delay starting the window replacement it was a supply chain issue that many of us have experienced. Once the windows were received, with Daniel as our project manager and Billy as our installer, the replacements were done efficiently and with great care to detail and protecting the rest of the home from dust and debris. These two make a great team for any project they may encounter. Weâ re pleased with the final results. Thanks to all involved.

Greg and Gardel were amazing. They made sure that they maintained the cleanliness of my home while working. They made sure that my home was taken care of the whole time they were here.
