I selected this business and two others from Angie's List. After meeting with the companies, Florida Solar and Air stood out. The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process, not just the product. She also did not make me feel pressured. Setting up the installation after the windows arrived was a breeze. The installers, Yaykime and Carlos, were the BEST. They are very professional, extremely conscientious, thorough, and meticulous. They also were timely and hard workers. Other FSA staff also were professional and courteous whenever they called. Customer service was fantastic. I definitely would hire FSA again if I needed more work done. They are the BEST!!!

I bought my Mother new Impact Windows and a door for her apartment. I was apprehensive at first since she lives in a Retirement Community with a ton of regulations. Finding the right company to pull this off was a must. Florida Solar & Air came through beyond my wildest expectations. From the first phone call to the installation, they went above and beyond. The installers even picked up and vacuumed as they worked. My 79 year old mother was thrilled!!!

We met with several impact window companies over the last 2 years and the sales representative Sean Tomlinson was by far the more professional, patient and thorough. It can be overwhelming with all the window companies out there, many try and use high pressure sales tactics. Not Sean. Confident in the value of the product and service his company provides. I highly recomamnd working with Sean. Once the windows were ordered, Charlotte was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. Always followed up with a call or email. The install crew of Victor, Pedro and David were 10 out of 10. This was a big job, 5 days. These guys showed up every day on time, worked basically non stop, cleaned up each day, kept the place as clean as possible with that type of work. Ità  s goinf to get a little dusty no matter how much you try to prevent it, just the nature of this type of construction. They were also extra careful as we have a 4 week old baby in the house and were very accommodating working around my wife and new son. There was constant communication throughout the install and any concerns they always brought to my attention. Thank you guys! Solar and Air is truly fortunate to have a crew like these guys on their team. The project manager Homer showed up several days to check in as well. We arenà  t close to their office so he went extremely out of his way to visit and check in. It should be noted several windows have slight scratches on the tint, and will be replaced. Solar & Air is already placing the order with no issue. Ià  ll update once this part is complete. There are less expensive companies out there, however I will say Solar & Air is priced fair for the product and service they provide. I should also note their are some companies out there that try and price gouge, one was DOUBLE the cost of Solar & Air.. be careful! Solar & Air Team, thank you!

Excellent work, done by Yoel and Alejandro. These guys know what they do. They worked with a lot of professionalism and cleanliness. I am very satisfied and the house looks like new now. Thanks guys!

Very good work performance

I was looking for window company to install storm/break proof windows and I came across this company. They were very helpful in getting my windows installed as quick as possible. Victor and Pedro were very productive, trustworthy and safe in getting the job done. The installation was very clean and professional. I feel safe in my home with my new windows now.

These guys are professionals they showed up early morning and introduce them selves explain to me what would be done,covered all my furnitures got straight to work these guys are the best Victor,Pedro and Mike you guys do great on my home now my house looks brand new thanks a lot,Great Job

Just want to say thanks to Victor and Pedro for the great work they have done installing my new windows. My house is more cooler than before. They protected my furniture for dust and the house was clean after installation. They are very professional and answer all my questions. Great job Pedro and Victor.

Very slow getting my windows that still aren't installed since July and now it is the end of September. The personal are good helping answering my question. I am trying to be patient but is when I paid 1/2 down, they have my money but I don't have any windows.

The installers Victor and Pedro are the hardest working guys out there! They are the best part about the company. I am appreciative that Victor and Pedro were cautious to cover and protect my belongings from dust and debris. They swept the floor after each work day which was kinda nice since I came home from a full day of work to a construction site! Constantine the project manager communicated with me often to keep me updated with progress or to explain the delays. I was motivated to get the windows on my new condo because the old windows whistled and howled during storms and I heard too much outside noise. (motors from boats and jet skis and pool activity etc) (The ultimate best part is WITH my new windows I barely hear anything!) timeline: on 6/28, I had the sales pitch by Sean, and signed up immediately. Engineer came out 7/02 and took measurements a few days afterwards. July and August were filled with phone calls and emails, and waiting for permits and dealing with building property manager, HOA approvals, bank loan closing and paperwork. On 9/03 the windows were FINALLY delivered. With the destruction of Hurricane Dorian and living in South Florida, we want safe reliable Hurricane resistant windows..So we know this is quite expensive and a big expense and investment. (which upon resale will make the condo more marketable) Final inspection was today 9/20 My opinions about the company?! The installer Victor is a great guy and called me at the end of every work day to give me updates! I got the windows done in 3 months time- that should speak volumes. They did encourage me to get a rebate offer of $700+ from CGI which is great! In conclusion, The windows seem good and I will know if they function properly during a storm. I had to stay with condo association guidelines but NOW I need to get the windows tinted to reduce heat from the exposure of direct sunlight.

I just signed a contract on 9/15/19 to have this company install impact windows in my Condo Unit. So far I'm impressed with their sales representative Ivan who spent his time with me yesterday explaining the different kinds of windows different companies use, the features of their product, pricing and their Lifetime warranty. The samples he showed me were very impressive and he made me feel very comfortable in deciding to use this company. He was very professional, patient, and had a great sense of humor. This is part one of my review with them. Part two will follow when they actually do the job. I'm looking forward to see the finished product.

This is part 1 of my review .The salesman was very informative and prepared . They worked with me on the price . Windows are not installed yet , So far I am happy with their service . Will review installation in part 2 .

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of the project. The installers Victor and Pedro were ver sufficient and in time . I was concerned about the hurricane Dorian was going to hit us , but they work to make my place safe!

I first used them for my apartment and the project went smoothly. Now used them for rental property and it went well also. Any issues I had were immediately resolved.

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Victor and Pedro for their outstanding work. They totally exude professionalism. Their kindness and patience brought a layer of calmness to what could of been a stressful situation. Both Victor and Pedro are truly the strength of your company. Very friendly professional

The entire staff from the salesman, Customer Service, work crew all worked as a team to get the job done in a professional and and efficient manner. The team leader Angel was very instrumental from the beginning to the finish. He was very patient and took the time to listen to any concerns and made any adjustments. Highly recommended.
