I wasn’t too impressed with the service. They told me that all my sprinklers were fine, but I found out afterward that one of the sprinklers had a problem.

They were backed up the week I requested the appointment. However, he called me right away and we made an appointment. Everything turned out to be fine. I got a lot of work for the Angie’s List deal. I only paid an extra $12 that wasn’t included in the deal; he just charged me for what the part cost on something he had to fix. It was really good.

I did not follow him around but he said that he checked all sprinkler heads and adjusted them for proper flow...I asked him for a quote to install sprinkler heads in several planter boxes I had in my yard... He said he would have somebody get back to me.. They never did. He completed all his work in approximately 30 minutes. Subsequently I found several sprinkler heads that were not working well or at all.. In all I was very dissatisfied with the work performed.

Arrived one day early without notice, never replied back with information requested. Sprinkler system inspection consisted of a walk around the house. The valves were not inspected nor were the sprinkler heads adjusted.

They were on time, professional, and did a good job.

Went exactly as expected. Showed up on time, professional, did job, left. I had them do this tune up for both our home and our neighbors (whose home I oversee as they are away for several months). Would definitely use this service provider again.

Purchased a coupon for a discounted sprinkler tune up. I had just built a patio and needed to readjust some of my zones. This summer was a very busy/frustrating time for these guys. It rained so much this summer it was difficult for them to keep a solid schedule. So I called and scheduled an appointment about a week or two in advance. Due to some scheduling issues, they needed a last minute schedule change and came out the morning of Labor Day. Wow, impressive but sorry to see the tech working on a Holiday. They checked my sprinkler heads and made some minor adjustments to the zones. They were here for about 30 minutes and everything works like a charm. Tech was very polite, knowledgeable and did a great job. They are first on my list if I ever need any sprinkler maintenance. Thank you!

Dan who is one of the supervisors came out to check our sprinkler system. He was very courteous and professional. He checked the different zones as well as the main control unit. We did have one sprinkler head that was leaking. He replaced the pipe that connects the the sprinkler head to the main. He only charged us $ 10.65 for the replacement. We were very pleased with the overall service and will definitely keep Active Lawn Care in mind for any future work. We anticipate changing some of the landscape around which will more than likely require moving some of the heads.

The technician arrived on time. I was impressed that he stepped back from the front door so I could easily see him through the peep hole, and would not feel wary or overwhelmed when I opened the door. He explained what he was going to do and asked me to show him the irrigation control box. After that I left him alone to check all zones to see if they were working to their highest efficiency. When he was finished he showed me two small filters from two of the sprinkler heads that were clogged with iron. We have a very high iron content on our property. He replaced those for free and told me to check them every few months. Then he showed me the one head that was not working properly. He told me it would be cheaper for us to run to Home Depot and buy a new head and replace it ourselves, or he would replace it and he gave me a price. I chose to let him replace it which he did. He was a very friendly, delightful person. He worked hard and showed me everything he did. I would hire this company for any of my irrigation or yard needs in a heartbeat!

He did the work when I was not around so I am not sure what he did. He never called after to tell me what he did do to follow up. I just expected some kind of follow up. I wanted him to tell me what he did or tell me if there were any issues. I feel like he just rushed in and rushed out because I wasn't away that long.

Would definitely use them again. No complaints

I purchased a home that was in severe disrepair, including the extensive sprinkler system. The service tech took copious notes as he inspected each individual sprinkler head and zone; then showed me where and why particular issues existed, how much each would cost, and those he would recommend in prioritized order to make the system most efficient in irrigation and cost. I took his advice & our lawn has returned significantly, while the water bill has decreased.

I purchased the $35 sprinkler tune-up coupon that Angie's List offered for Active Lawn Care and Landscaping. They called before they came out and showed up on time. The gentleman was very professional and polite. First I showed him any problem areas that I could think of and left him to do his thing. After about thirty minutes, he knocked on the door to speak with me regarding the system. He was very thorough as he explained what he did. He went through the entire system adjusting heads as needed and fixed little items. He was very mindful of waste and fixed any sprinklers that had water going into the neighbors yard or street. I would recommend this company to anyone. For $35 you can't get a company to come out let alone do the work!

EXCELLENT job! He went above and beyond and did stuff he didn't have to do. I will DEFINITELY use them again anytime I need anything done with my sprinkler system. I HIGHLY recommend them.

The company didn't show up on the original date we planned. They did come on the second date agreed on. They preformed the tune-up, but didn't follow up with suggestions on how to make my sprinklers more efficient.

I received one of the $35.00 "Deals" for an irrigation tune-ups. I figured there would be a big response to this deal so was surprised when I received a phone call within a couple of days to set-up an appointment.. The owner of the company set-up a mutual date/.time to come to my home (east Orlando so quite a distance) within the same week. He was on-time and called me about a half hour before he arrived to remind me he was coming. Sometimes you can be pleasantly surprised! The $35. irrigation Tune-up is a very good price to have someone come out and completely re-adjust the heads, watering times, etc. for the six zones that I have. He was here for an hour and a half. I fully expected the guy to try to "up-sell" me saying I needed to replace this, move that, etc. Didn't happen :-) - told me all I needed to do was trim a few bushes that were blocking the water for 2 of the heads to get better coverage. Also, walked me around the yard in the areas where I have sparse grass and pointed out they get enough water so suggested potential solutions that I should talk to my fertilizer/pesticide company about. I was VERY impressed! I can't remember the owner's name because it was some time ago but what a nice man! I felt he was very honest and trustworthy and would definitely use any of the services he provides!

I called at 8:15 AM. My call was returned at 8:26 AM. Igave them the information and was told that they were in the area and they would be here about 10:30 or 11:00 AM. They arrived at 9:45 AM and did an excellent job and were gone by 10:45 AM.

It ended up costing us an extra $204.00. The job was done ok. We have since found that one of the pipes was not buried deep enough.
