Very well. Busy schedule caused them to be late,but very apologetic. Worth the wait.

They were very responsive, reliable, and came on out on time. They did an excellent job.

No problems at all. Punctual and professional. He seemed to do a pretty thorough test on our sprinkler system. We did need some repairs to broken sprinkler heads and one rotor. They are now all working very well. The prices for these extra things were on par with what I have seen elsewhere, but I did feel like I paid kind of a lot for the service/labor portion, especially considering it didn't take much time at all. I think the serviceman kind of knew that so he didn't charge extra for relocating one sprinkler head about 3 feet over. He also helped make sure they were all aimed in the proper direction to thoroughly cover the yard.

The representative was excellent. He was on time and really seemed to know his job. He was clearly knowledgeable about landscaping and plants. A bargain and well worth every penny. I recommend them highly.

When you buy the 35.00 sprinkler tune up special... not only do that not treat you like an imposition as the price is so good, but, they have you in their system.. know immediately what you need... and adjust wayward sprinklers ect..at no extra charge. Active is one of the very few Central Florida home care businesses that I would recommend with no qualms. This is the 4th time I have used them and will use them every time.

For the Angie's big Deal - it was a stupendous bargain. The Technician was a true professional. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Easy to schedule and took care of everything I needed - Performed a check of my sprinkler system control panel, ran each program, checked each and every sprinkler head (even cleaned and/or replaced when necessary).

This was the second time I have used them. The service man is doing a great job - punctual, detail oriented, professional and very reasonable. I highly recommend them

They showed up as scheduled, they had been busy because of the special so scheduling was a little difficult but understandable.

Workman was on time, professional and helpful. He did not try to tell me the system needed work, but was honest and said system was working fine. A wonderful company with great people. had a broken sprinkler head and had it fixed

Well. there was a miscommunication as to the appointment date but was rectified the next day. no other problems.

We love using them. They are always on top of everything and get the job done very well.

Unfortunately, the problem was pump related which they don't deal with, but they were very fair and recommended a company that could help us.

We had trouble with the first technician relaying information to the office, but the owner sent a supervisor to the house on a Saturday and I received a quote by Tuesday. The work was scheduled and Justin, the technician who performed the work, was efficient and knowledgeable.

I was truly dealing with a professionsl and as it turned out, the owner of the business. Active will be the company we turn to for future work, repairs or whatever might be necessary.

Great work, would use them again

The service man arrived 15 minutes early which was great. He worked very efficiently and was done in about 30-40 minutes. He went over all of the details and answered all of my questions. This was a very professional person and company. I am very pleased with the experience.

I liked everything. The fellow who came out was professional, had a lot of experience and was friendly. He did a good job.

Tech arrived on time, went over the issues and recommended a new controller. He gave me an estimate but was forthcoming about the fact that I could probably do the install myself (I had installed the existing controller). Did not push any unnecessary services or work, which was much appreciated.

They did a great job overall in an efficient manner.

The men were on time for the appointment and very polite. They came dressed professionally instead of in dirty work clothes. I was given an explanation of the work completed and recommendations for future improvements. We discussed types of grass to plant and their maintenance requirements. All of our irrigation needs were met.

He did a fine job. He did everything well. My sprinklers are running well.
