Technician walked the yard, front and back and tested spinklers. Replaced what needed to be replaced. He missed one and came back in a timely manner and corrected the problem.

Dan came out and he was fantastic. He explained how to operate our antique sprinkler system and explained our options regarding our irrigation system as well as lawn care. We will definitely be using their services for any future needs.

They were on time, gave estimates and responsive. I was also happy with their pricing.

Dan came out and performed a sprinkler tune up for the cost. He was efficient, professional and thorough. I just moved into this house and some of the sprinklers would not shut off, 2 would not come on, etc. He fixed them all, set up a timer schedule, and even replaced the solenoid on the sprinkler that would not come on. After about 30 minutes, my sprinklers were fixed and working great. One thing that i felt was well worth it was the lack of upselling. I hate when I have a company come out to do a service (with a coupon) then they proceed to tell me the $100+ services I really need. That never happened here. My only regret was that I did not have any cash on hand to give him a tip. I would definitely use this service again.

It went very well. They did what they were supposed to do when they were supposed to do it.

It was just a check of the system for about 20 minutes it was raining, and I did not circle the house with the guy. He did tell me that I needed a board replaced. He was very pleasant and friendly.

We were very pleased with the service. They went through our system and made any necessary adjustments. We were pleasantly surprised that we were told we needed nothing else and no further services were pushed on us. If we ever have sprinkler issues, we will call Active.

Great! He clearly knows what he's doing and all work seems to have been completed in a quality manner. Even though they had to dig lines to install a couple of extra sprinkler heads, I can't tell where the lines are. And, they actually did the lines while I was at work, and then the owner came to check the work. Wow!

I originally responded to Active Environmental through a special they advertised on Angie's list for a sprinkler tune-up. I am planning to have some plugs put in some barren patches in my lawn and wanted to ensure good coverage by the sprinklers. I was contacted the same day that I purchased the special to set-up an appointment. I was given a time for the appointment and the representative showed up on time and began to tweak my sprinklers. I knew going in that there was a crack in one of the sprinklers and it was repaired for a small additional cost. I was very pleased with the overall experience and asked them to give me a proposal on adding the plugs for my lawn.

Justin arrived on time. Worked steadily until finished. Provided options to save money.

They were excellent. The man that came out was very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very friendly. I learned a lot from him because he explained things to me. They were excellent, I would recommend them to anyone. They were helpful, congenial, and efficient. They were going to get to the root of the problem and fix it.

Honest people, excellent service. They checked, cleaned and adjusted my total of 60+ sprayers and rotors. They adjusted the ones spraying the house walls and causing mold. My irrigation system was supposedly professionally adjusted about six months ago. I'm used to receiving big bills that I can?t really verify the accuracy of the actual services provided after these check. Only extra charge was $2 for replacing a sprayer head. They are going to be my irrigation maintenance company from now on.

They are excellent. In less than an hour he came and looking at everything and he fixed what he needed to be fixed. We haven't had any trouble since and we really didn't have anything to complain about. Even before we noticed he had finished with sprinklers and he showed us what's wrong with it and he showed us the broken pipes he took care of it and he exchanged it and he went home and nothing has broken since. I would use them again.

Justin came out to do the inspection on a rainy day and worked through the rain. He walked me through the yard explaining what was what. He did the needed adjustments and reset the sprinkler timer. He was on time and extremely polite. Justin quoted pricing for additional work if it was needed, but since it was raining, I decided to not pursue additional services. I would recommend this company, and would have them do work for me again.

Everything went great. They showed up at a later time than what I had remembered setting up. However, they had me down for a different appointment time. Upon them finding out we thought they were late, their tech had the owner call us and apologize for the misunderstanding. This was a very nice gesture. The tune-up and sprinkler head installation went great. The tech was very informative and professional.

Was on time, polite and informative about what he was doing. After I ok'd it, he performed the repairs. Before he left, he gave some tips on sprinkler maintenance and recommended a yearly tune-up.

Active Environmental are a full service lawn care. They provide safe pesticide spraying. They clean up any messes they make. We had someone out here before for the same price and one time, they didn't even mow the back yard.
