Backflow pipe on the side of the garage broke sending gallons of water everywhere. I called Active and within 5 minutes owner Victor called me back and said he would send a man right out to my residence. Within 30 minutes help arrived when Brian came and repaired the broken pipes. Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful...Thank You... Active also does a Great job on my lawn for the past 6 months and I am very glad I am a customer!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was okay, nothing to shout about. They missed a couple of things.

Same as the first time I used them. Excellent value, professional person arrived who, with my approval, adjusted sprinkling times and adjusted a few sprinkler heads. I'll use them again. This is an excellent, professional company.

They did a great job. They were very good and very efficient.

They were very busy, so scheduling took a while. They were punctual and professional. I wished they had given me options as to which sprinkler heads were available. But overall job was satisfactory.

Went fairly well. They gave me a quote to trace wire for break and fix break, and a separate quote a bit higher to trench the entire run and replace that run of wire. I opted to replace the entire run even if it was a bit higher.. The technician found two cuts at the beginning of the run as well as the wire pulled away from the endpoint and made all repairs, but charged me the higher price. I told him I paid to have the complete wire replaced so the integrity of the wire would be better, but he had convinced me that the integrity of his repairs were adequate, and that I probably wouldn't want a trench across my backyard. The part that got me was that he decided that he had earned the higher price because of the time it had taken him to make the needed repairs. Yeah...whatever. The tech also showed up off schedule and let himself into the yard unannounced. I have big dogs that I prefer to secure first. Luckily, nothing happened, and the overall work was acceptable, but sometimes it is the details that make the difference in my decision to call them next time.

Active Environmental did an excellent job. They came out and did exactly what they said they would do on the coupon. They checked thoroughly and did find one sprinkler rotor broken and charged me an appropriate price to fix that. I will use them again in the future.

It went very well. They knew what they were doing and were very courteous. They took care of our problem. It was hard to detect what it was, but they diligently kept working until the found out what it was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Once they detected the problem, there was additional cost, but the price was very reasonable for what they did for us. They had to come out a couple of time. They worked around our schedule.

He was very professional, courteous and personable. He changed three our the sprinkler caps and made some adjustments to the heads. Told of a weak area in the pressure on zone two and overall was a delight.

I had purchased a Big Deal from this company, which had expired, gentleman was very friendly and willing to honor the Big Deal. He came out and checked the sprinkler system to ensure that it was properly functioning. Had him put his information on the system for the purchasers to use him in the future.

Active Environmental showed up on time and explained everything. Consequently, we had some issues with our yard shortly after that. And then it turned out that the water coverage was not very good. As far as the tune-up was done to the best of their abilities in the best manner.

All was well. this was really a way for this company to inform you about their landscaping services. I was not overly impressed to make this company top on my list if I need service but all went well for what I paid for, nothing more nothing less

It went very well, they were professional and didn't charge any extra for replacing some heads.

It was fine. He was knowledgeable about landscaping.

The technician arrived on time and did an excellent job in "tuning up" my 6-zone sprinkler. He a dvised me on the proper operation and made some recommendations on the length of water times per zone.

They were great and I've used them again since then. They very very nice, on time, punctual. In fact, there was something that messed up after he came and he came right back out and fixed it immediately.

I was satisfied with the service. I would use them again in the future if needed.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for Active Environmental. It turned out very good. They were fine. I had him do some extra work but he did not have the time to do it then so he came out a week later and did that. He was good. I was very happy. He was very professional. We talked a little bit and he seemed like a real nice person. He went about his work, it didn't take him too long, maybe 15-20 minutes and he was done. For the time that he was here, it was still kind of expensive I thought.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was perfect. There was an $8 additional charge for a sprinkler head that need to be replaced and they had it on the truck. They arrived on time and they knew exactly what they were supposed to do. They did it in a timely way. The technician who showed up was very friendly. I've already used them 3 or 4 times.

They were prompt, did everything I needed them to do, got everything working and angled properly, and walked me through it. I’m very happy with them and would definitely use them again.
