They showed up on time, and adjusted the sprinklers so that they covered a few deadspots. They also showed my wife where one sprinkler head was broken, and it was replaced for a reasonable amount. We plan on using Acitve Environmental again.

That worked out good. I probably overspent on replacing a sprinkler, but I expected to. I spent an extra $30. They came, they did it and they left. It was OK. It wasn't anything exceptional. If I needed more extensive work, I would probably get bids and go for the one I like the best.

They were excellent. They actually had to come out twice. The minor repair I needed was a nominal charge. As having recently to this house, he explained all about my particular system and what to be aware of regarding care and maintenance. Will have them back once a year.

The service man arrived right on time and made a thorough check of all the sprinkler heads...marked the ones that needed fixing and for a very small fee, fixed them all. He was great. My husband installed the Backflow device, but it has never worked properly. the serviceman made some adjustments and it seemed to work at the time, but...as with the history of this device, it failed again and I have an estimate and just need to schedule the appointment to have it replaced. All in all, it was a super cupon. So glad I took advantage of it. The cupon was $35.00 and the cost of reparing two sprinkler heads was $10.00

It went very well. We have some bugs eating our lawn and weren't sure whom we should call. I asked Environmental if they handle such problems. They do, and we will receive a cost estimate via email tomorrow. They are very easy to talk to and get answers. I'll report back later on the bug problem.

Applications were made however due to my lawn type their services will not benefit me. Staff was polite and courteous and would recommend to others.

It was fine, I mean there was nothing I can say about it except he just checked my hunter timing thing and he fixed that. He just checked it out, it was satisfactory. There were no extra charges. They said they thought that one of the sprinkler could possibly be need to be fixed at some point, but did not necessary right now. He was punctual. I would use them again.

Initially, a manager came to the house and did an assessment of our old and unused (for many years) sprinkler system. The following week two technicians came and did a complete repair of the sprinklers, showed me how to manage the system, demonstrated the the zones working, and cleaned up the work area. When additional/replacement parts were needed materials were in the truck and readily available. Additionally, the technicians kept me informed and got the go ahead as needed. What I found really reassuring, aside for the good quality work, was the level of communication that went on between all parties involved. A very professional business.

Overall I am happy. There are some weeds in my flower bed that I wish they would pay more attention to, but aside from that I am pleased. We continue to have a contract with them and they have serviced our home since Feb 2013.

Active Environmental seemed friendly. He's thorough on his check and everything. The price was very reasonable. He was on time and responsive in getting back to me about scheduling. He seemed to know what he's talking about.

On the first scheduled appointment date we were having our pool deck sealed.....the serviceman was here from Active and he had no problem rescheduling the appointment. We couldn't take the chance of the rear irrigation wetting the pool deck. On second visit the serviceman was here on time and explained everything that he was going to do and then went right to work. After he finished he explained that he found a broken head and asked if I wanted it replaced by him. I had him replace it for a charge of $23.95..which I felt was reasonable.

Everything was handled very professionally from the first call to schedule my appointment, to the technician that arrived on time to provide the service. He was speedy and efficient and we are extremely pleased with their service. We will definitely use them again!

I purchased a big deal for Active Environmental. They did a good job on it. It was a good experience for me. I'd still hire him. He is a good friend. They do a great, great job. I don't have to tell them what to do. They just do it themselves. There was something they haven't touched and I told them about it. They said that they would take care of it next time they come. Their price was fair. The quality is good. Once in a while, they may not come when think they're going to come. It's because something happened that they couldn't come. They gave me information on why they didn't come. I've recommended them to one of my friends too.

The service turned out very good. They gave recommendations on improvements that could be made and they sent a quote as well. They did exactly what they advertised they would do.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was good. He did a great job, but the only thing I would say is that it was hard to get him scheduled because he got so much business from the Big Deal offer. He came out about 2-1/2 weeks after I purchased the Big Deal. He did the tune-up and what was nice is that he did not exert any pressure to upsell services. I felt really good about his transparency in not trying to upsell me, because I did not need any additional work. He arrived early for our appointment so he was punctual.

Technician was on time and worked quickly. He fixed two problem sprinklers and did a full inspection on the others.

It was a fantastic experience and the price was perfect. I sent the owner a thank you text for making this an offer. I asked for and received a sticker for my irrigation box if I ever have a problem I will call them. Plus the owner is a landscape architect . when I decide to replant I'll certainly keep them in mind

It went eXtremely well...my technician worked in the rain...when he finished the rain stopped...WOW...such dedication and commitment! He was extremely friendly and MOST professional... I employed this company to tune up my son's irrigation system and his technician was just as nice and professional as my tech...WOW! GREAT...right? I recommend this company 200%... My best...!
