They came out and did what the Big Deal entailed. They also gave me an estimate for repairs. Their prices are right; I’m just deciding when I can afford to do the repairs.

Technician did an excellent job and for the price you cant beat it.

My experience with them was very good. There were no problems. Everything was great. They didn't charge us more than the big deal purchase. They were fine, friendly and courteous. They just went around and looked at it because we thought we were having problems with a couple of them. We needed to get a couple of them fixed.

I did not use Active Environmental, because I was out of their service range.

We needed some extra work done so we paid more than the big deal price. They came out for a second visit. We had some work done on our sidewalk and that damaged one part of the sprinkler system and there were three roots around it as well so they needed a chainsaw for that and that was why they had to come back. We have had them come out before so it was the second time that we have used them. They were upfront and they explained everything. They were here for a good 45 minutes. My neighbor that picks up on one of the sprinklers has not said anything since then so the quality of the service is fine. Everything is working. We had a bit of trouble trying to find a date that we would both be around and they were accommodating and they said, "Okay, fine, as long as you are happy that we come and you are not there and we will provide the service." And that was fine. They were here on time. In fact, they were a bit early and that was okay. I would use them again.

The gentleman who came out to service my irrigation system was the manager. Very professional, nice and explained everything very well. I was very pleased with the service, he checked all my sprinkler heads, the one's needed repair he replaced with the new one's I had purchased. I would definitely use Active Environmental Services again.

Shari the administrative support was my first point of contact as she called to initiate the appointment for the tune up. Shari was very courteous and kind and knowledgeable. There was another point of contact by another personnel, not sure of his name, to set up the appointment. I believe Brian did the sprinkler tune up and located the troubled areas that needed to be addressed. Dan, a very courteous and professional, service technician was the second individual that came out to do the replacement of the heads and to locate the leak. I also had Active Environmental provide me quotes for Bahia and St. Augustine sod for my lawn which I found to be competitive. I have not act on the sod since I am pending the short sale of my home; otherwise, I would have them proceed with the work for St. Augustine sod. Overall, I would use Active Environmental again. Very professional company and their associates represents the company well. I would recommend them highly. Great job Active Environmental!!

Very professional and friendly service man performed a full system check and programmed everything. He offered to replace one broken sprinkler head for an additional charge. All was well. No problems. Would not hire them again for the same service since we figured out how to do the checks and programming ourselves.

They were perfectly fine. They are consistently good. They do a great job. I'm very pleased with them. They came out and walked through it with me and explained what they thought needed to be done. They made it happen, walked it with me to show that it had been done and went on their way. It was all positive, no negative.

All was fine professional and reasonable price.

He turned off excess sprinkler heads, repaired a few broken sprinkler heads, and repositioned the directiion of several sprinkler heads and rotors for better and more efficient coverage. I would definitely call Active Environmental again and recommend them to my friends.

Everything went well. The gentleman arrived on time, did a good job with the tune up, and charged a fair price. I also appreciated that he didn't pressure me into having unnecessary work done.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out great. It was a great price and it was done exactly as indicated. I just paid the amount of the Big Deal which was $42.50.

I was very pleased with the service. Dan went through each zone of my system and did what was needed to make it work properly. He was professional and very capable, and did only what was necessary. I appreciate that. I also appreciate the friendly way Shari, the person I talked to at the office, handled the arrangements; she was efficient and most helpful. I will call Active Environment for any irrigation needs I may have in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. They were punctual, they got it done, and the service was fine. We paid an additional amount of under 50 Dollars.

He checked all the zones. It took about 18 minutes. He did not check the rain sensor, nor did he clean each individual sprinkler head as the Angie's List Deal said he would. Although, he told me he did. They recommended some repair work, but said they didn't have time to do it that day because they were packed with appointments. He said he would contact me the next day, but did not. Too bad. Not a bad company, but I would not use them again. Nice guy that came, and seemed to know his stuff, but wish he could've done exactly what the deal said he would.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The gentleman was on time and I did not have any other out of pocket expenses. He was supposed to send an email with regard to exactly what needed to be done because he was unable to get the sprinklers operational, but I never heard from him. I did not like that at all.
