Very Professional and Accomplished everything we asked.

It seems reasonable to think a tune means tuning up the items in need, but it only means will let you know they need repair. Otherwise the service was fine.

I purchased the sprinkler and irrigation tune up special from Angie's List. Active Environmental called me the same day that I purchased the service to set up an appointment. Dan, from their irrigation section, came by to do the inspection. He was very prompt and professional. He told me that I was over watering my lawn, and showed me how to adjust my system. He also replaced a sprinkler head I had damaged a few weeks back for a small charge. Overall, I was very satisfied and happy with his service, advice, and professionalism. I will likely use Active Environmental for other lawn projects in the future.

Brian arrived at the scheduled time. He explained what he would do for the adjustments and inspection of my sprinkler system. In a short time he had checked everything and came back to the front door, to go over my system with me. I had two rotor heads that were broken and one pop up head that needed replaced. He gave me a cost and asked if I wanted the work done. When I told him, yes, he went right to work and quickly replaced the defective heads. Brian was very courteous and informative. He explained what was happening with the system with the broken heads and how it would improve coverage and save water. This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Active Environmental and the second time I was very pleased with everything. If anyone needs lawn, sprinkler or landscaping I recommend them very high.

Everything went well. They tried really hard to try to fix my issue with the sprinklers. The owner was very responsive to my needs and they were able to come out quickly after I had purchased the deal. Scheduling was easy also.

Based on how they serviced our sprinklers, we asked the company to provide us with a quote for our lawn maintenance, weed and pest control. The cost seemed fare; therefore, we are going to give them a try. They are professional, friendly and prompt and appear to get the job done.

I had purchased a "Big Deal"--$35 for a full sprinkler tune-up. The fellow came out on time and was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and honest. He checked all my sprinklers, got them all working and gave me very good advice on a control panel that I was having trouble with. I will absolutely use them when I need any work on my sprinklers in the future!

After purchasing the Sprinkler tune up special based on their ad on Angie's list (that they work in the Kissimmee area), Active Environmental informed me in a follow-up phone call that they did not work in my Kissimmee location. My understanding of "Kissimmee" is all of Kissimmee. I was very disappointed, because all the other specials had expired by the time I got that phone call. I did ask for and received a refund of my payment... but I would have preferred having my sprinkler working. P.S. I do live in a very nice community.

Awesome! He found and fixed the source of our problems - pipes that had been pulverized by a tree removal service months before without our knowledge!

They are great, Dan was courteous and professional, he saved me money by not changing out things that didn’t need to be replaced, he explained why they didn’t need to be changed, and explained the system. He took his time, was courteous and funny, he was awesome. He could have taken me for more money if he wasn’t so honest; because he was honest I paid less than I expected.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. I spent about $100 more than the Big Deal cost. They were good.

One came lose just 2 days after he adjusted it.

My system was neglected for many years, and I was delaying much needed service. They called same day, then came out and gave me an estimate- not pushy- only made me aware of my issues. Massive tree roots broke pipes & system clock was broken (over 10 years old)and entire zone not working bc of failed valves. ( which I already discovered). Their charges were fair and work performed promptly- much lower pricing than I have paid in the past for parts & labor previously. Would definitely recommend.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked fine. He has been out here a second time. He did okay. The Big Deal price covered the cost of the service during the first visit. For the second visit, it was a couple of hundred dollars.

This kind of service is hard to find. Active will be taking care of my sprinkler system from today forward and I will be telling all of my friends to use them too!

Did a great job and did not overachieve by adding more sprinkler heads than necessary.

I manage the property at the Blaisdell residence. I purchased the $42 sprinkler tune up advertised on Angie's List. I sent a message via Angie's List that we could schedule the service ANY day at ANY time, outside of 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. The exact response was: " I understand you have a tough schedule and would be glad to try to work something out." I responded, no problem, come out ANY day at ANY time, outside of 9 to 5, Monday through Friday. I received a message from Active requesting that I still need to call to schedule the service. I called to schedule at regular intervals beginning at 9am eastern time until 5pm every day for nearly two weeks. There were MULTIPLE DOZENS of unanswered calls. Without exception, there is no answer at any number, the call goes to voice mail ever time. When I notified Angie's List that Active demands a phone conversation but lets every call go to voice mail, and that I have called Dozens and Dozens of times, I received the following messages from Victor Butler, the owner of Active Evironmental: "We are a small company and can not always answer all calls. " And "If it is the same out of state number over and over it is 9 times out of 10 a solicitation. " This is not a problem of missing one phone call. There were multiple DOZENS of phone calls over several days over not just one week. At this point, Mr. Butler provided a number that he actually answers, and insisted I call that. I called the new number, and requested Active show up ANY day at ANY time outside of 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, Mr. Butler responded by refusing to provide the service unless Mr. Blaisdell call him in person.

Checked entire sprinkling system; repaired damaged heads; located and repaired broken sprinkler wine line. Extremely professional and cost effective.

Performed full check and adjustment of my irrigation system. then ask them to provide estimate to replace my controller. The price of the new controller was very reasonable (including installation)and they completed the installation in a very professional manner. I plan to have them perform annual inspection of my irrigation system. Very pleased with their service!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. He fixed some things that I would have never known. I spent additional for parts and labor. They were super busy and they came one morning at 7:30. I had no complaints about their responsiveness. I didn't compare their price.

AE carried out a service of our sprinkler system. We then asked them to install some new heads in the system as the standard builder ones were too short. Great price and great service. Very professional

We had severe pest (insect - ants and other insect) problem They cured the problem on the very first visit, and then followed up every other month - we have had absolutely no problems since then. The people are very nice, and dependable - I rarely see them (I am at work when they perform their work) but can tell after they have sprayed, etc. I recommend them very highly and will continue to use them

They were fine. They did everything they promised to do. There were additional charges beyond the big deal amount for some heads or whatever that needed to be replaced. It was reasonably priced. It wasn't overcharged. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. I've had other people work on my sprinkler system and I was highly disappointed. I had no complaints with them. I thought they were honest and reasonably priced.
