We were very happy with the service. The person was very professional and knowledgeable. He adjusted sprinkler heads and did the maintenance of sprinkler system. We would use the service in the future as well.

Fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The serviceman was prompt, quick, and efficient. This was my first purchase of an angie's list deal. I had a dry spot in my grass and was convinced something was wrong with our sprinklers. Basically this company checked all of my sprinkler heads, made sure they were watering in the right direction. One of them had the wrong head (my husband's homemade repair) He had the part in his truck and charged us less than $2.00 - wow! My grass is now green again Will use them again!!

It started off a little rocky with a scheduled appt. from 8-12, I work from home so I was here the whole time, and when 12pm came and went and the tech still not here I wasn't horribly concerned but at around 12:45 made a call into Active and they were able to get the tech on the phone who said he called but with no answer he left a message, I checked my phone and with no missed call I was a little miffed, the secretary told me said they would call me shortly to reschedule, in the meantime I decided to go to lunch and to my surprise when I was just a couple of minutes from my home I got a phone call from the tech and he would be there in a few minutes. We met up a few minutes later and he went right to work testing all the zones for coverage, he found one head a bit clogged and replaced the tip free of charge, he found that one zone had no coverage to a 10x10 area of the lawn and recommended a new head for that area at a reasonable cost of $45, he also found that one of the valves had just seen better days and was the reason for the leak and recommended replacing the valve at a cost of $105. He didn't have any on hand but I'm supposed to receive a call in the next couple of days to schedule them back. He also answered a bunch of questions and also gave me alot of information that I didn't know about. Ultimately was very pleased with the outcome and will be using them again soon.

Arrived early, did check and found a broken pipe. Repaired the pipe for a $20 charge, set the timer on my system and left. Perfect appointment.

Everything worked out great. They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would. They did not break anything and they cleaned up after themselves. I spent $120 on sprinkler heads. I will be calling them back to do some landscaping this spring.

The technician was on time and polite. He blazed through the "comprehensive" tune-up. There was nothing comprehensive about it. He didn't tune anything up other than changing 2 cracked heads (extra $5). He was done in less than 20 minutes. His assessment was basically: "yea looks good." I had to ask him about coverage, timer settings, suggestions on head placements, etc. His answers were basically, "yea looks good." Either I have the greatest sprinkler setup of all time or this guy just wanted to be somewhere else. I guess I shouldn't expect too much for $35.

They responded quick to set up service. I made an appointment approx two weeks out. Between that time, I was able to solve my sprinkler problem with the help of my father. They politely cancelled my appointment upon my request.

We were very fortunate to have initiated the Deal from this company. Having left a message by phone we had expected not to hear from them for a period of time. However, we were plesantly surprised with a follow-up call and as scheduled to show up on time. We were advised that our sprinkler pump start relay was inoperable and needed to be replaced. Not only did we have the advantage of the money saving deal but they came under their initial quote for replacing start relay. We would definitely use them again.

It went well. I was very happy with the service. I recently discovered there is a head that is leaking. I contacted them and the tech told the woman at the office that I said that I wasn't concerned about the leak when he informed me of it. I don't remember that and I wouldn't have said that, but I was getting ready for work and might have misunderstood something he said. I was very happy with the tech and everything else he did.

Gave us some good advice on our system and estimates on additional work we expect to do in the future.

Two man team showed up on time after a call to let me know they were on their way. Went through my whole system, made recommendations, and fixed a broken head on the spot. I am planning to have them out to do some extra work soon!

It worked out very well. I actually got them to do some other work for me that needed to be done on my sprinkler system and I am also going to get them to do some moving of some of my sprinkler heads in the future. They were very knowledgeable.

Provider stated that I was outside his service area and declined to provide the service. They were polite about it but still declined to perform the service
