Called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time. Inspected, identified repairs and explained in detail what was needed. Completed all the work professionally.

The technician was very punctual and knowledgeable. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't really need which I appreciated. I use the same company at my business and another home, and received the same excellent service. I am trying to hire them for monthly lawn service but the route is full at this time. This is probably a testament of how good of service they provide.

Dan , the tech was exceptional. He took the time to inspect and adjust all sprinklers and give suggestions. He was NOT a clock watcher. After the inspection and necessary adjustments, he explained what I could do to maximize the coverage, and would send me a quote for the work needed. My hat is off for the professionalism, courtesy and speedy time frame in which this was done. I WOULD , and HAVE recommended this company to friends and neighbors.

I've used them a bunch of times. I would give them a 5 star rating every time I've used them. It is great service. Every guy that has come out has been great. They are straight up and don't bullsh*t me.

Well. We played phone tag with scheduling and had a mix up on times but they were cordial and did a great job. I was very pleased.

Good! It took them a few weeks to contact me but the person who came was very attentive, knowledgeable and fixed the issues I had.

It went great. Brian was very knowledgeable and friendly and told us that he would go back to the shop and have a proposal drawn up for the work that we talked about possibly having done. We received the proposals the next day and are deciding what we are going to have done. We would definitely call them again.

It was trendy and good. They accepted the coupon. They charged me for the extra work I had them do. There was dirt after they have done their job that’s why i give them a “B” on quality.

I couldn't have asked for more. Polite, attentive, punctual, so easy to work with and that was just for the scheduling. The tech was absolutely great and paying the bill was easy! HIGHLY reccomend to others.

In sum, Active Environmental has helped us solve a very frustrating problem. The clay in the side yard is saturated, and the two French Drains seem to have helped us get over the hump before the rainy season begins again. We appreciated the way that Active Environmental worked with us since the first fix did not work. They could have gone for a very expensive and comprehensive fix but rather advised a step-by-step approach to save money, and it worked. They are very responsive, and yes, I would recommend their services to others.

Fixed by replacing broken sprinkler head and replaced a couple of sprinkler heads that were leaking. Did a complete thorough check of the entire sprinkler system to make sure good coverage and working properly. All in all, I received great service! The tech was very knowledgeable not only about sprinkler systems but plants as well. He was a horticulturalist which is a plus and able to recommend plants, etc. That was an added bonus! I would definitely call them again!

The service was good. They were prompt, flexible and fixed everything.

They tried to rush the service time but it was sitio longer than I could wait.

The man who came out was friendly and very professional. He tracked down all my sprinkler heads and adjusted their spray, reported any that needed replacing, reported that ones by the driveway were being blocked by the edge, and that an area of my lawn needed cinch bug killer.

It went fine. They guy came out and he was a good guy. He was personable and I had a good experience.

That turned out really well. The price was reasonable and we had them replace a lot of sprinkler heads. They also fixed those sprinkler heads the same day that they came out. Scheduling went well and they were accommodating since we were going out of town.

Arrived as scheduled ...Delivered a thorough inspection of my new home's sprinkler system ... instructed me on setting the system's timing functions ... and replaced one pop-up sprinkler head for the nominal cost of $11.95. AE is now my "go to" sprinkler service company ... Thanks to Angie's List!!

The supervisor of this department did the work since it was a start up. I've contracted with them for the lawn fertilization on a regular basis and the shrubs when I call and ask for a treatment. Haven't seen results yet. It takes about 2 months for the lawn to recover from its previous state.

The tech was great, very through. Found some problems with some of the sprinklers and talked me through what needed to be right away and what could wait until another time. Did not pressure.. left the decision for repairs up to me. I WILL be doing business with this company!!
