Dan was on time, friendly and knocked the job out in about an hour. He answered my questions about my grass and gave me some good pointers too. He was never pushy or overbearing and was exceptionally professional. They'll be coming back soon to add a drip line for our new landscaping!

I was highly disappointed. They had advertised that for $49 they would tune up the sprinkler system. So I called them and when the guy came out they did not do any evaluation. He charged me for a trip charge and then he was not friendly at all. I knew what he was going to do, he did not fix the thing after I had already paid the trip charge which I was very unhappy about and I am now wary about using Angies List. Basically I paid them to come out to give me an evaluation of what is wrong about the sprinkler system and that was that. The pricing would have been fine had they done the tune up on my system. But he did not do it. As for his responsiveness he was rude. His idea was to look at the sprinkler system, go back to his office and make a lot of money out of me.

He was very good, very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

More of a consultation for a charge than a sprinkler tune up. Other than that just plain okay.

Wish I had thought to ask them to check our programmer. It's not working quite right. Also wish I had asked them to check the rain gauge which should automatically shut off the timer if there is rain. They were great but only checked if the sprinklers came on and let me know which ones were broken. So I would make better use of their expertise next time.

They were very nice to with and they did a very nice job. He knew what he was doing with the adjustments and even though a couple of sprinkler heads only needed adjusted he checked all of them. He was thorough and he installed and set the new sprinkler head correctly.

It has been a while so I don't want to put in any misinformation. I just remember that there was an issue and bottom line is that the boss showed up the next day to make everything right. They knew that I found them on Angie's List and that I was going to rate them, so make sure you let them know you found them here before they start work.

I purchased the Full Sprinkler Tune-Up. They came out to do that first. The guy repositioned my sprinklers and made sure they were all working as expected. One sprinkler was a gusher, so the sprinkler head was fixed the same day within a matter of minutes. He discovered that the sprinklers in one zone had a weak flow and water was pooling up in a spot by a big tree. He suspected that the pipe underground had been ruptured by the tree root and suggested a follow up visit to fix it. I scheduled the follow up visit for a Friday afternoon. The technician called me about an hour after the scheduled appointment time and told me he was stuck at another job that needed more work than expected, and he could come within the next hour or so. I told him that was fine. Several hours later he calls me that he is lost. Apparently his GPS sent him to the wrong address and he was across town from where I actually live. By this time it was already the end of the day and too late to come out. I was a bit peeved because I had taken the day off from work to be home to meet him. The next day was a Saturday, a day when they usually don't do appointments, but I asked if he could come out anyway because I couldn't take another weekday off. He came out the next morning (although later than the time specified again). Overall the work completed was great. He worked quickly and explained the whole process to me and made suggestions to keep the cost down. My only complaint was that he was late multiple times and that I ended up needing to reschedule the appointment.

The technician arrived on time and were very professional. He checked the sprinkler heads and made some minor adjustments. He advised we might want to have some of the heads raised and would send an quote for the work by email if we were interested. He figured it would be about an hours worth of work. We received the quote (it was for 1 hour labor) the following day saying it would be good for 30 days.

It went great. They came out and tested everything. They found an issue. Got approval. Repaired it on the spot. I felt the costs to repair were competitive. They did a good job.

From the initial phone call through the service everything was wonderful. The service tech,Bryan, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and exceeded my expectations. Bryan took the time explain current and potential future issues.

It is wonderful. They are great people and they were very helpful.

On-site technician was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. Office personnel botched what could have been good followup job. Quoted incorrectly twice, I gave up. May contact them again when they are more focused.

It went very well, he made some excellent suggestions on changing out certain sprinkerler to get the maximum amout of coverage for that particular area. He was very kind in providing me quotes for the services that I need and the technician went as far as to give it to me in 3 different quotes in the order as to what service should be done firs, so that way I can budget accordingly. That I found very helpful.

It was fine and everything seems to be working. They did a good job and I have no complaints.

We were very pleased with the work that was done. Active Lawn Care arrived punctually and went right to work. He checked all our sprinkler heads first to be sure there were no obvious parts missing or breaks, and second, with the water spraying to be sure the aim was correct. If he had parts on his truck, he replaced missing or broken parts. He didn't have one part, so he drove to Home Depot, got it, and returned to replace it. He then set our timer to run when it should. We were very pleased and recommend Active Lawn Care to anyone needing work done on their sprinkler system.

The service was great. He checked and adjusted all of my sprinkler heads, made recommendations about placement, and reset and reprogrammed my sprinkler timer. I was thrilled.

Active Lawn Care did an outstanding job replacing my broken sprinkler heads and some bad misters I had, and before he left he adjusted all my heads to make sure they were spraying in the right direction and coming out with the correct amount of pressure, I would definitely use him again, Thanks Angie keep up the good work. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went well. It was kind of difficult to get it scheduled but once it was scheduled, they came. It took 2 or 3 phone calls to get it scheduled. I wanted first available in the morning and they said they would be there at 7 Monday morning and they didn't get there until 7:30. That wasn't a big deal for me. It would have been better if it had said in the verbiage of the Big Deal that replacing the sprinkler heads wasn't included so I had to actually incur another expense to have one replaced. I paid an additional $24. I kind of thought that was included in the deal. They were prompt and courteous. The technician was awesome; he was great. I would have liked it to be more clear in the deal that replacement parts were not included. I haven't had any problems since then.

The worker was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a very thorough job of checking out the sprinkler system. He found one sprinkler head broken and offered to replace it. He quoted me a price, and also told me it would be cheaper at Home Depot. I appreciated his honestly and opted to have him put in a new one that he had on his truck instead of doing it myself. He also showed my husband and me things to do to keep from having to replace sprinkler heads as often.
