Active Landscaping & Irrigation

Took them a couple of trips to figure out the problem. Thought it was a pipe issue but something else. Finally got it working again after a couple of tries. Would use them again.

tuned up sprinkler system; never owned one, had no idea how it worked; taught me all about it. great stuff.

Great service, had to make multiple visits to completely fix problems but they were very professional, punctual and polite.

The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough in all he did. He explained my problem areas then gave me a cost for repairs. He did his work professionally and helped save me some money by using the sprinklers that were still useful. Iwill use Active Lawn Care & Landscaping again when I need them and I would recommend them to you without reservation.

They are good people. I have no complaints. Dan, the guy that comes out and does the work, is a good guy. I would tell a friend or a family about them. I would use them. If I need some just simple maintenance done and that sort of thing, I would call those guys.

Everything went well. They followed up as they said they would but I wasn't able to take the call. When I went to call back, the phone number wasn't registered on my phone. I would have thought they would have called again but never did.

The technician followed up with a proposal to add a zone to the system for better coverage, which we are considering.

Dwayne was the technician and he was knowledgeable and freindly. I shared with him my last experience with a sprinkler repair company and he was sincere to explain what he was going to look for and how the issues (if any) would be addressed. He made all adjustments and checked all equipment. It turns out I just needed a few minor adjustments not covered by the normal tune up. Only about $12.00. More than fair. I really appreciate his honestly

My sprinkler system is working great now. Dan was very through went over all the zones made sure that there were no gaps in the lines of the zones. Repaired 2 broken heads that were buried pretty deep. Offered suggestions for future work that might have to be done to improve the preformance of my system.

These folks are the real deal. Their positive feedback is well earned. Punctual and professional. In a time where customer service is the biggest difference maker, they are exceptional. They even offered me a bid on an extended project that was significantly less then competitors and were easily able to diagnose problems ( broken heads) missed by others. I have already scheduled more work with them!

We were very pleased with the work done by Active Lawn Care (as we always are). We have now used them 3 times, I think. They repaired a pipe at the t-joint, plus replaced 2 sprinkler heads, reset the system for the correct times and correct days. This took well over an hour, but they only charged us an additional $15. over the Angie's Deal cost of $42.50. We will be using them again.

He was great - no extra charges - just did what he was supposed to and made such a difference. Will use them again

Arrived as scheduled, very professional, didn't try to sell me non needed services. Honest!

He told in advance what it would cost and that's all that he charged, he showed me how to work my sprinkler system because it's not automatic and it's a hand operated one.

Went well, not much was done because of defective box. Did what he could and gave me an estimate to fix what was wrong. Very professional and helpful.

They came out and gave us 2 estimates. One for just replacing the one that was leaking and the 2nd estimate was moving the valves and replacing them so they didn't bake I the sun and need to be replaced again. They arrived when they said they would but the job took longer and the cost was actually $100 more than the estimate. The system works great and we are satisfied with the job

The gentleman who came out was wonderful. He was extremely professional but down to earth. He talked through everything with me and did all of his work with great care. He left me a happy customer!
