I used to use this company when Mark James owned them. I was always really happy with his service. However, the company is now owned and/or run by someone different and I was so dissatisfied with all aspects of their service. When they first came out I had a small leak near the control box. That was supposedly repaired but I quickly realized not only had it NOT been repaired, I now had several other leaks. These were also supposedly repaired. Much to my dismay, after many phone calls and missed appointments, Sean finally came out to repair the system. I was given a ridiculous quote of $375 and told three of five control valves were now clogged with dirt and had to be replaced. By this time I was fed up and declined to have them perform any more work. I called Nolan's Plumbing and Irrigation and they sent someone out the next day. The system was repaired (one bad sprinkler head) and I was told there was nothing wrong with any of my valves. The total cost was $120.
