Description of Work: I could not get past the operator who wanted to send over someone to evaluate my situation and then they would send and actual exterminator. The goal here is to sell me other stuff, like roofing installation and to evaluate how much money I can spend on their service. All I wanted was to get an exterminator in to deal with some roaches. Then the day that the guy was supposed to come (it took a week to get an appointment) they called me to say that he could not come and to reschedule. I spoke to someone on the phone who said that they would get someone out that day but he never called me back.

Description of Work: They came on time to spray fertilizer and pesticide in the lawn. Technician also gave me a follow up call to go over what was done and his other findings. Very happy with all the employees I've dealt with.

Description of Work: Maintenance contract for termites - they come and inspect every year. If evidence is found they take care of it. They did our initial treatment and we have never had any problems since. Used them since early 2000s.

Description of Work: Treated the crawlspaces/attic areas (2 in the house, 1 in the garage, 1 on the roof) with borax to get rid of carpenter ants. Techs were very responsive; before they decided on a treatment plan, they took a sample back to their lab for analysis; confirmed it was not termite dust, but wood dust from carpenter ant activity. Applied the treatment. Came back out after 2 weeks to recheck; I also called them at the 1-month mark (there was a 1-month warranty) to come back out and check once more, which they were very happy to do. A bit more borax was applied. I knew it would take a while because the treatment isn't a pesticide, meaning the ants will gradually die off as they walk around through the borax. I liked the fact that this treatment was not going to be dangerous to us or our pets. I have not seen ant activity so I think the treatments worked. The technicians were professional and friendly, thorough and careful. I believe the price was fair and I would hire them again if needed.

Description of Work: I have annual contract with 4 visits. This last time was outside the normal schedule visit due to ants infestation. They were very prompt and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: For many years I had an annual service contract with Truly Nolen, where, for an annual fee that increased over time, they would come out to the house once a year and look for any evidence of termites, live or dead. If any were found by them, which never happened, they would treat the problem for no additional charge. Also, if I noticed a problem, they would come out and treat, without charge, if necessary. I think that this happened maybe twice in over 20 years. As the annual fee was, at last renewal about $340, I just did not think it was worth it any longer and let my contract lapse last year.

Description of Work: Yearly termite inspection as part of the termite protection coverage of the house. $350/per year

Description of Work: they sold me termite service(drill holes in house spray?and cover holes). I had annual inspections which showed termites in garage but none in attic. The third year termites were in the house all the while we told them of seeing the pests. Finally they inspected again and had the house tented at no cost,but we had to pay for cat boarding and our our stay at a hotel.

Description of Work: The pest control service is well worth it. I have used them for 2 years now and wouldn't change a thing. Our guy is phenomenal. He's on time and always asks if we have a particular issue that needs to be taken care of. Always at the job with a smile.
