They are diligent with initial contact, pricing, scheduling, arriving on time, working non-stop to get the job done, and just generally being truly nice people to deal with. I have another project which I intend to again use their services.

I have to say at first glance it appeared that they did a great job, but then when I started to really look at things a lot of things were NOT cleaned. They are suppose to be a Post Renovation Cleaning Company and I think that they are just high paid cleaning people. My kitchen cabinets were still dirty inside and a couple of the cabinet doors still has a lot of construction dust on them. The bathrooms were not cleaned properly. They scratched one of my walls with one of their cleaning equipment and did not say anything to me. I was just disappointed overall with the quality. Claudia promised a lot but fell short on her delivery. I feel that I got ripped off - I paid $750 for a company that is use to cleaning homes that have had renovations but there were things that she said she could not get out because she did not want to damage them - I was able to take them out with just some scrubbing - my mistake was not doing the final walk-through with her. Lesson learned.

Communication is so impotent in home remodeling. Communication with the owner Claudia was excellent.

They outperformed my expectations. I highly recommend Sapphire is you have a messy cleanup, especially after a construction project.

They were VERY polite, spoke both fluent English and Spanish,confirmed the appointment the day before, were on time and never stopped working until the job was done, and it was an all day job. It's so nice to employ someone who takes pride in their work. Did a Great job. They were worth every penny.
