Description of Work: My pet had ticks, they normally come once every 2 months on contract, and as often as you need them.

Description of Work: I called for an estimate and was told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment and on one did. I called again two weeks later, was told the same thing but again no one ever called me back.

Description of Work: The house was tented for termite infestation in November 2008.

Description of Work: They have come back 3 times helping get rid of mice in the attic and rats outside, and no extra charge but the initial one..... terrific

Description of Work: The only thing I have negative to say is about my cat. I had 3 cats to wrangle and take to the hotel the night before they did the job. I got 2 but 1 I ran off. The next morning when the company came back to do the work the next day I was really pushed to leave by the workers. I looked as long as I was allowed to. I was looking and they were draping the tent. I asked if I could wait a day but they said I would have to wait 2 days for them to come back. Since we were staying in a hotel that would have added cost we did not have. My husband said no since he had to work. They warned me if the cat got into the house she would not make it. I never saw my Lucky again. I keep looking. There was a horrible smell from under the house. When my husband got it out, it was a cat. He says it wasn't black as Lucky was. I just feel I can totally blame them. I was warned, they were willing to come back in 2 days. I miss my cat.

Description of Work: EXTERMINATED WHOLE HOUSE AND ATTIC FOR ROACHES, ANTS, MICE AND TERMITES.
